2. Password Protect Folders and Files

   I'd love the option to Password-protect folders and files as this is something that Dropbox currently does.

   When you password-protect files through Dropbox, you guarantee that only the people you want to access your files can get to them.

   Before anyone can view or download a document, they need to enter the password you set to protect the document.

3. Request for the ability to zoom in and out and preview clearly after displaying TIF.

   When viewing a TIF file in a browser, it is clear, but in a mobile app, the TIF file is not clear
   When viewing a TIF file in a mobile app, it is difficult to view it via the mobile app because there is no zoom in/out function, so it is pinch-enlarged and not clear even when zoomed in, so it must be downloaded to a local library for viewing.

4. Date and Time Designation for the "Auto Delete" Function/「自動削除」機能の日時指定について

   For operational purposes, I would like to make files available to external users for a limited time, and then end the release on a set date.
   However, if you use automatic file deletion'' or '' specify folder time,'' the deletion execution date may be delayed by several days from the specified date.
   Please delete files/folders on the specified date instead of deleting them sequentially after the specified date.
   If it is functionally difficult to delete on the day of the specified date, and the delay of several days cannot be corrected, then a warning message should be displayed when the deletion date is set to indicate that there will be a delay of several days, or some other warning.

5. Allow End Users to run a Collaborations Report for Content they Own

   As organizations scale, IT Admins may want to enable end users to manage their own content and who has access to this content. Users being able to run a collaborations report and/or a folder and files report on content that they own is important for enabling users to manage their own content collabs so that these responsibilities can be distributed, and don't necessarily fall solely on the admin and security teams who manage Box to audit content and associated collaborations. End users that own content should be empowered with all the tools necessary to manage who has access to content they own at scale, and reporting is a crucial aspect of this.

6. Show who has locked a file in Box Drive

   In the Webapp you are able to see who has locked a file, in Drive you cannot see this unless you navigate to the web. Heavy Drive users/customers require this information in the Drive UI

8. PDF & PNG Export for Canvas

   When finalizing a session using visual collaboration, it's often required to export the end product to be able to share with non-Box users, and possibly to upload as attachment to other applications. A PDF (possibly PNG) export feature would be great additions.

9. heatmap

   Would love a heatmap report/feature that shows how often particular folders (or files) are accessed (over a specific timeframe). This way you could quickly identify folders/data you may not need to keep any longer. This would allow you to identify folders storing stale or useless data that could be cluttering up everyone's view. You could tie this into policies that could auto-delete/archive folders that have not been accessed within a certain time frame.

11. offline files and selective sync

    I would like to see the ability to mark files and folders for local or offline storage. Currently box drive allows for only the folder to be marked offline or downloaded locally. When I don't need to have a file downloaded anymore there is not a way for me to mark them offline. I have tried marking the folder offline but that doesn't work to make the files I want offline. Additionally, this would cause all files that I do want locally to become offline. Dropbox currently has the ability to selectively sync the files and or folders that I would like to see. Like box drive, I can choose to have all files and folders visible and in offline mode. However, unlike box drive, Dropbox is allowing the files or folders to be worked on and afterwards, either marked as offline only or made invisible by using their selective sync technology which keeps the data online but not visible locally on the computer. Personally I keep most of my data online in their file structures and download/upload work that I need to open on the computer programs. The box drive software doesn't work as intended and needs these features to make it better.

13. Require 12 characters for External Collaborator Passwords

    Currently, if 'Require Strong Passwords for External Collaborators' is selected, the external collaborator will be required to use at least 8 characters (along with additional criteria). The ask is to require 12 characters, rather than 8, for increased security.

14. Please automatically close the tab of the browser we used to log in after completing the login process.

    The login method from Box Drive has been changed to using a web browser.
    Currently, the behavior is that the tab of the web browser used for login authentication remains after login is completed.
    The administrator is troubled by the many inquiries from end users asking if closing this tab will cause any problems.

    Box File Request - Ability to add a enterprise global forced expiration date policy. The users by default are not prompted to apply an expiration date. It would be nice to have a future setting that allow box admins to enforce a global policy to enter an expiration date or timeframe with options that admins control/enforce.

16. Ability to resize the signature box for signers

    Currently, Box's functionality does not allow the signer to change the size of the signature area.
    If the signer has a large number of characters or strokes and the signature area is small, it will be inconvenient because the signer's name will be difficult to read.

    Box AI works on single documents, but we also want to use it as a file search function across folders and Box as a whole. 19. Box AI window is blocking underlying document

    Box AI currently opens in a windows that covers the file I'm viewing in the browser.

    Open Box AI in a new window that I can drag to another monitor so I can still see the file I'm using and better form my prompts/questions for Box AI.

20. Allow preview/editing of Office files other than PW-protected Excel (.xlsx) files.

    We feel that the inability to preview/edit PW protected files makes it less convenient.
    In order to ensure security, we often assign passwords to not only Excel files, but also to PowerPoint and Word files, and there are many opportunities to collaborate on editing PowerPoint and Word files. This is because not supporting online access reduces work efficiency.
