Confirm detailed information about the contract from the admin console
We need to confirm detailed information about the contract from the admin console. For example, contract period, Number of API Call(Platform), Monthly Active User(Platform).

Quota Notifications for End Users
I would like a way to set up different thresholds where a user can be notified that they are getting close to exceeding their quota limit. Give me the option to allow notifications at 95% and 99% and then every time they have hit their quota limit when they are someone else adds files to something that they own. Additional levels of Admin Console permissions based on functional role
Additional levels of permissions based on your functional role:
Currently Co-Admin's default permissions grants them access to Content Manager, Platform and Classification while in most cases this is NOT required and already way too high. Permissions need to be more granular configured for each role's requirement.

The ability to change the format of metadata templates once set
The format of a metadata template cannot be changed after it has been set.
In this case, once a numerical value has been set for the format, only numerical values are available afterwards. This is less convenient and makes information collection more difficult.
If new metadata is added, I have to reconfigure non-target items as well, and since metadata is deployed company-wide, the number of target files is too large and the workload is too high.
Also, to set it via API I have to create a programme, which increases the number of API calls and increases costs.

A problem I have is that I have set my "Documents" folder to save to Box "C:\Users\CharlevanRooyen\Box\ITSave\Documents" and it save and sync every thing perfect until I restart or shut town my pc. Collaboration expiration notice to the inviter
Only owners and co-owners will be notified when collaboration invitations expire.
I would be happy if this could be delivered to the "inviter" as well.
The person who is most concerned about this is the inviter as host.

Please add last login date and time on the user management page
Most cloud services offer the last login time and date when reviewing user status pages in admin. A DoD DISA requirement is to disable inactive accounts after 30 days, so it's an industry best practice. Having this information on the user list page in admin would bring Box in line with other cloud services. Thank you!

Box File Request - Ability to add a global forced expiration date.
Box File Request - Ability to add a enterprise global forced expiration date policy. The users by default are not prompted to apply an expiration date. It would be nice to have a future setting that allow box admins to enforce a global policy to enter an expiration date or timeframe with options that admins control/enforce.

Contract term display added to the "Accounts and Billing" screen on the Administration page
Currently, it is not possible to check the contract term on Box, and to do so, we must contact the sales agent.

We would like to be able to configure IP address restriction setting in admin console.
It cannot be set up IP address restriction without a service request to product support.

Delete user capability
Remove the "Get started with Box.pdf" file that is automatically added to each user. This becomes a 1.8 mb content for the user. As users are offboarded, this is content that needs to be transferred to someone before their account can be deleted. The information contained in that PDF can be housed in the help, announcements or notifications.

In the 2FA options there are options for i) TOTP ii) TOTP, Email, SMS - however there is not an option for just email only. Can this option be added for Email only

Geographic activity map in full screen
Could it be possible to have an option in the Geographic activity map to enlarge it (it is too small to be useable) ? May be in another specific web page ? Thanks !
