Read only access to Admin Console
To allow the worker's council to read the settings the admins make in Box, we need a read-only admin role.
This would allow the worker's council to control what the admin are doing, without giving them the ability to change those settings. We don't want to give non-admins admin privileges.
This helps us being a) compliant with the WC and b) be transparent to our colleagues.

update log size seems to be narrowed, update list is cut off within current day
List of updates / visits is cut off within list of visits of current day, wheres it used to display the visits of days, ,weeks, months in the years I've been using box.net. What is going wrong?

Please improve how admins can build and share folders
As a new Box admin provisioning our environment I would love to see an improvement on how admins can create and assign access to folders. Simply creating an admin tab where the admin can view all folders in the environment and create, delete, and assign access to would be perfect.

Add functionality to downloads report
Box can output "when", "who" and "started the download" from reports.
However, the user is requesting us to add the function which shows "when" and "who" and "finished the download" on the report.1 vote -
Create dormant to inactive/disabled user workflow
Provide a report/feature in the admin console where admin can set a max duration a user can be without logging in to Box and then the account is set to inactive/disabled in the enterprise. This is something that is causing issue with cyber security when users have not logged in for a long time but account is still active/available.

Request to add the function to turn off/on the comment for the EID basis.

Admin creates an order for the items in a certain folder and when that folder is shared it stays in that order!
When an admin (such as myself) creates an order for the items in a certain folder, and then that folder is shared, it should stay in that order! I have been coming into serious issues with this situation and I really would like box to be able to fix the glitch. It is very frustrating and I have called and emailed numerous amounts of times complaining about it and no one has done anything. For example, I was in my own account and had 3 things in one folder labeled Promo, Part 1, and Part 2. It was in the…

Add parameter to Activity report to search box for more than 1 year
Currently if you want to look at 5 years of data, you would have to set-up and run the activity report 5 times. Instead of running the report for each time frames, set the date range for the specified time then have the report engine look at the parameter to execute the 5 reports in the time-frame corresponding to each year and label files to indicate time-frames. This way BOX controls resources and the admin would not have to do this a multitude of time to get the report data.

adding seats emails the Admin for approval.
We need an approval action for when a co-admin tries to add more seats. Or the ability to turn off that ability while still letting them edit users.

A way to obtain reporting on how long a file was previewed for in order to gain insights on interactions.
A way to obtain reporting on how long a file was previewed for? Within the admin consol, I can see reporting for specific events (i.e. Preview, Downloaded, Created, etc...); Optionality to see how long a file was previewed for once it was opened can provide insights into the interactions with files/folders.

Clarify language on daily digest email setting
The 'send daily digest activity emails to the admin' setting sends these emails to BOTH the primary admin and the co-admins of the enterprise. The wording on the tooltip of this feature should be updated to reflect this. It currently contains singular language, which is misleading as the email is sent to multiple people.

Ability to log download activity from download link by someone.
If you get download link within 15 minutes after creating, you can download it from download link. However, we don't log it in User Activity at all. We would like to log it in Admin Report.

Confirm the downloading and copying files in User Activity
When users copy (Ctrl+C) files on Box Drive, and then paste (Ctrl+V) the files on their desktops, it is almost doing the same thing as "Downloading" or "Copying."
However, neither the above are recorded in User Activity.

Add ability to delete workflows owned by a deleted user
Workflows owned by a deleted user cannot be removed/deleted. The administrator should have the rights to remove workflows.
