  4. Report on Sync Incidents or Errors

    A lot of the time, Sync errors are because of users. If you classify and identify these errors for our admin, it can help them use Sync better or identify a way to leverage Web App/Box Drive

  16. Support for setting the save location to hard drive directory such as "My Documents" instead of "My Documents/Box Sync"

    This would help save the trouble of having to re-map all of their computer programs save locations to a new Box Sync folder.

  19. Make Box for Desktop unmount the "Box" folder if the computer is locked.

    Did another test to see if Box Desktop would disconnect if I locked my computer- it does not. My box is available to a user with Admin rights. This could be a potential security risk. A slim risk, however; I believe a fix would be to have box desktop disconnect at lock or switch user. Not sure if that is possible, but it might appease some users worried about their data being accessible, by another user with admin rights.
