Ability to unfollow Box Note when no longer needed to collaborate
We get access to many Box Notes on a daily basis to collaborate. When the Box notes get edited, we get an update on our Box Note page with a little blue circle + an additional number on our box notes app. I'd like to stop following those Box Notes I am no longer collaborating on, so I don't receive those 'updated' notifications.

Share link disclosure range for images and file previews inserted in Boxnotes
It is possible to insert images and share links in Boxnotes and set up file previews, but there are users who can access Boxnotes but cannot see the images or previews because they do not have access to them.
However, users who insert links or images often don't realize that they are restricted because they can see the images or previews.When inserting images or previews into Boxnotes, I would like to see a warning that says "Other users may not be able to see this."

Box Notes only showing first page of multi-page file/document that is attachment
In Box Note, if we hover over to the up arrow this is what it says “Inset Image or File” and when we click on it; there is no option to upload the file except these three options: Upload image from your computer, Insert image from Box shared link, and Insert preview from Box shared link. Support Free Form Handwriting in Box Notes
Box Notes needs fully embrace digital hand writing support, especially on mobile like with the Apple Pencil on the iPad. This is a fast growing form of taking notes now that many tables and phones support some sort of pen-based input. Making Box Notes specific to Folders
I use Box Notes as a running shared agenda with clients, however, it's difficult to switch between client's notes since they only allow for one default location to save notes. I try to save them directly in the folder the client is working out of.
Could there be multiple save locations for notes for a specific folder? Or a way to assign it once created?

Convert BoxNote to PDF, DOCX, etc...
BoxNotes would be much more useful if there was an ability to able to generate a PDF or other document format that can be stored in a more traditional method in Box. Some customer that work in the regulated space can't use BoxNotes for various reasons. But, in many cases there is an issue with the fact that BoxNotes does not follow the same retention capabilities we have in Governance. Also, Keysafe does not support BoxNotes, so it may be a workaround if BoxNotes were archivable.

Create Pages and collapsable sections within Box Notes
Add a feature that allows multiple Pages and Sections within a single Box Note, similar to OneNote.
Also add a feature that allows for a collapsible section within a single Box Note - for example to use for different topics at an event, or different days at a conference - instead of making a new Note for each topic/day.

Allow me to include Emojis in the titles of a Box Note
Right now I can use Emojis inside of a Box Note, but I can't include them in the title, or else I get "Sorry, the name can't contain forward or backward slashes. Please try a different name."

You cannot delete the history of "Inbox" and "Recent Notes" in Box Note.
It is not necessary to display Notes that are no longer relevant to the user or that they no longer need to access.By deleting the history, only the Notes that are relevant to you will be displayed, which will improve the efficiency of your work in Box Note.

Rearrange rows of tables
We use Box Notes for almost every meeting and use tables to display the agenda. Many meetings have set agenda templates but often the presenters or topics will be shifted based on availability.
The ability to rearrange the rows/columns in tables would greatly reduce the amount of time I have to create a blank row/column, then copy/cut each individual cell from the row/column I intended to move to the new blank one.

allow user to set view-only mode
Allow me to read a box document or folder in read-only mode. If I accidentally touch or slip with the mouse - I modify the folder/document. "UNDO" will only do a little bit - but in this case I KNOW I am only browsing a folder that I will be contributing to. It's a bit of a downer to see a document marked as modified today (last modification was a year ago by the document creator) because I missed the CTRL button and typed a "c" into the text. Feature requests
I wish Box notes were more like DropBox Paper. Top things I like:
- The editor is essentially a live Markdown editor so nearly all formatting doesn’t require leaving the keyboard.
- Full support for Markdown export.
- Comments can be attached to each paragraph - so much better than the one thread per Box note.
- Links are properly clickable without the silly ‘link bubble’
- Auto-generated ToC

Add fixed-width font options
Ticket # INC4849532 - Customer wants to use Box Notes to write documents that contain code-snippets and excerpts from logs. They would like to use a fixed-width font for these snippets, but Box Notes doesn't allow them to select font and there's no style for fixed-width.
