This is an interesting request! However, we have not prioritized it in the short term.
With additional customer feedback, we may reconsider in the future.

Add Content Classification as a 'Then take this action' Option for Sharing / Upload / Download Policies
Right now, the Upload, Sharing, and Download policies have various options in the 'Then take this action(s)' section of the Policy.
REQUEST: Add ability to use Content Classification as part of the 'Then take this action(s)' section.
1 voteWill need to understand the use case more, as now classification / metadata can be set at the folder level to cascade down.

File Version treats each version as a separate file.
Within the policies area box is restoring the file but every time a new version is created the same file will be flagged again.

Allow to freeze changes to file and/or folders
Allow to freeze file and folders, which will not allow any collaborators including the owner to create new versions of the files, to prevent move content in trash, to prevent change metadata. The purpose is to manage enterprise records. May be some sort of retention policy that lets us do the above. The current lock feature does not provide the level of freeze we are looking for.

Trash deletion is explicitly reported in the Events stream
Today, when item(s) are deleted from the trash it shows up in the Events stream as a general DELETE event. You are not able to tell if the item was in trash or a regular folder. Would be great to have a distinction of event type such as DELETE vs DELETEFROMTRASH.
This is important because there are scenarios to identify when a file is emptied from Trash and thus unrecoverable (outside the 14 day window).

Privileged delete
This notion exists with legacy storage or RM systems. From a business perspective, this is something we would need in case of business divestiture.
Then, content under retention related to the divested branch/subsidiary/activity would have to be transferred to its new owner.

Permissions requirements to apply retention Governance
The "view users content" setting is needed to apply retention policies to content that you don't personally have access to.
This setting is quite restrictive given that only one person in our company has "view users content" access.
It seems like there should be an additional setting or way to apply retention to users content without relying on this checkbox

View User Activity workflow
When an admin triggers a policy they set up and receives an email alert, they click on "View Users Activity."
This link navigates them to the reports landing page. Instead they would like to be routed to the user activity page that shows why the policy was triggered (i.e. shown information on User, Dates and # of downloads.)

Upload policies support quarantine of custom phrases with commas, the delimiter in the UI and CSV
The exception clause is "An Exception." Even with quotation marks, this breaks into two phrases.

Notifications on mass downloads different by groups/departments
Certain departments within the company need to download a lot of information, while it would be unusual for other departments to have downloaded more than a few files.

Provide ability to see what piece of the policy a document met that flagged it for quarantine.
Some of our documents are over 100 pages, so it is time consuming to have to sift through them to find what triggered the policy to quarantine it.
