Ability to act on search results
Using filters, users are able to achieve granular search results for the files they need. Currently, the only action available on search results is to open 1 document at a time. Users need a way to select all search results and add to a collection, tag, move to folder, export, and other related actions.

Deleted Shared Link Lookup Tool
In the same manner as below, we'd like the capability to search for disabled shared links as well. Currently, there's no way to locate files if the shared links have expired or become inactive.

Show Folder Size in GB/MB at root and tree level, inside

Change the warning message when external users change their password.
The new feature "Enable detection of confirmed leaked passwords" has been applied.
If an invited external user does not meet the password criteria, they will be required to change their password.
When entering a new password, if the password does not meet the requirements, a message will appear stating "Password was exposed in a data breach"
This message is confusing as it misleadingly suggests that a data breach has occurred on the tenant's side.
Therefore, please change it to something appropriate, such as "The password you entered is weak, please make it more complex."
新機能の「漏えいが確認されたパスワードの検出を有効にする」を適用してます。 招待された外部ユーザーがパスワード条件を満たしていない場合、パスワードを変更する必要があります。
新しいパスワードを入力したとき、条件を満たしていないパスワードを入れると、「データ侵害で漏えいが確認されたパスワードです」とメッセージが表示されます。

Show "Show Folder" button in banner when creating new folder.
If the amount of content is small, there is no need to search for it, but if the amount of content is large, it will take time to search for the newly created folder after creation, which is inefficient.
Therefore, I would like to request that this function be implemented so that I can transition to a new folder immediately after creating it.コンテンツ数が少なければ探す必要はないですが、コンテンツ数が多いと作成後に新しく作成したフォルダを探す時間が掛かってしまい非効率です。

Bulk change link permissions for subfolders and files
As it stands if you create a folder with shared link permissions to be invited people only and then you add files and subfolders, if you change the permissions of the parent folder to change to anyone in your company, they don't propagate, nor do files added after inherit the parent folders permissions which were changed previously. It would be good if when making a change that you are prompted to allow waterfall permissions to subfolders and files or to not. Need to have ADDITIONAL sort options in Trash / Bin
In NEW CONTENT MANAGER, when viewing any Trash, it is important to be able to SORT columns, not only by UPDATED column, but ALSO by ORIGINAL FOLDER LOCATION, so that content may selectively restored
OR Make the Filter for FOLDER so that users may enter a text string (with " ") to identify and display results for the BINNED folder name
ALSO display the binned folder and file IDs so that these can be selected in folder filter

Ability review the most recently uploaded documents in temporal order
Aside from that, my real feedback is that your data room doesn't have a feature to review the most recently uploaded documents in temporal order. This is a crucical feature to M&A lawyers, and a lot of your clients use Box for M&A deals. I would suggest that you look at DataSite and incorporate some of their features, because there are a lot of M&A lawyers who are forced to use your service (becuase you're who the bankers decided to use) and the experience is way worse than DataSite. the folder tree display/tree operations
I would like the folder tree display/tree operations implemented in Content Manager to be implemented on the normal screen as well.
This will improve usability for people who are accustomed to Windows Explorer.

We would like the ability to hide the “Download Report” button in Folder Insights.
Folder Insight reports can be output by specifying a folder of which you are the owner.
If you are using a closed folder tenant, the owners of managed folders are only users with administrator privileges, and end users do not own folders, so even co-owners cannot output folder insight reports.
If you actually specify a folder with permissions below that of the co-owner and output it, you will get an “Insufficient permissions to create report folder” error.
We would like to see this feature implemented to prevent such errors and confusion.フォルダインサイトのレポート出力先は自身が所有者となっているフォルダを指定することで出力可能となります。

Colored Tags or Even Metadata and Visible Outside File
Can we suggest colored tags (or even metadata) functionality so we can track documents easier?
We have several versions of a part drawing and we wanted to track better visually when it comes to latest documents.
If also possible, can it be seen outside the file in one row with the file name or folder and can be colored? For visual ease since the current tag function has only one color (gray) and we wanted to be able to set-up a color per status tag (e.g. Approved - green, Pending - orange, etc.) for easier tracking. Confusing restrictions for basic functions and hard time to find support...

Using the Excel Online Previewer via a shared link (without logging in)
In business, we may need to share Excel files with business partners who do not have Box accounts via open links.
Unfortunately, if they preview an Excel file from an open link without logging in to Box, the contents are displayed in Box Content Preview, which can easily cause display errors and split the file into multiple pages.Currently, even if an open link is shared with a business partner, it is difficult to check the exact content in the Box preview, which makes it a hassle for them to download the documents.

Allow non-Admin users to configure sidebar defaults and button order on file-view page
My workplace's Box system just switched to always showing Box AI as the default view in the sidebar when I view a file. I'd like it to go back to showing the recent activity or file details sidebar by default on the file view page, or be able to set the default myself without being an Enterprise Admin. It would also be nice to be able to rearrange the vertical buttons as a user-side configuration option.

I want Preview on hover in list views to support Box Notes and Box Canvas
The following features have been released, but Box Notes and Box Canvas cannot display thumbnails.
Include these file types in support. Many users will be more efficient.

Add expiration date to collaboration list CSV of folder insight
The CSV file output by the Folder Insights feature does not have an expiration column, but the collaboration report in the Admin console does.
I want the expiration date to be output to the CSV file of the folder insight function.

Manage Folders and Files by Other Users
I recently noticed that, as an administrator/owner of The Animal League of Green Valley account, I cannot see folders and files deleted by other users.
This caused a serious problem when a user accidentally deleted a folder and then left for an extended leave.
I expected to be able to enter "Trash", see the folder and restore it; however, it was not visible to me.
Fortunately, we were able to contact the user who deleted the folder, and that person was able to restore it, but the situation could have been much worse, disastrous actually.

Automatically assign a tag when a folder is created
I want that when a folder is created in Box, the tag 'X' is automatically applied.

View Folder structure
Currently, BOX admins can view the Folder structure in user's account with new Content manager. It will be better if End user can also see their Folder structure in BOX Webapp.
