Currently, the mobile version of Box does not have the ability to delete comments.

"Restore All" and "Delete All" button in Trash is the function to restore or delete all items that are in both "Items I Deleted" and "Items I Own" filters.
So if there are any items in either filter, I think the buttons should be pressable in Trash.
But if there are items only in one filter, the buttons are grayed out in a filter that has no items.
This can cause confusion, so I hope it would be any behavior like the following.
- If there are any items in either filter, the buttons are pressable even though a user selects…
Box Web App currently allows bulk download of files or folder. But the same feature is not available when watermark feature is enabled for the folder. This is limiting us from using this as a data room for investment transactions. If you can allow bulk download and add the watermark to all the files at the time of download, that would be fantastic.1 vote
Request for improvement of behavior when a workflow creator designates (suggests) an external user as the person to be notified or in charge
Currently, the following conditions must be met in order for the workflow creator to designate (suggest) external users as the recipients of workflow notifications or task assignments.
1.External user account already exists
2.Automatic acceptance of external user invitations enabled
3.Workflow creator invites external users while 1 and 2 are satisfied
In addition, if the following settings are made on the tenant side, even if the external user has enabled auto-acceptance, the auto-acceptance process will not be performed unless the tenant side setting requirements are met, After the external user satisfies the tenant's requirements, the workflow creator must invite the external…1 vote
”Priority" lock feature (There is no way to open an Office file that is being edited online in Box Edit.)
Currently, if a user has a file open in OfficeOnline, that file cannot be opened in Box Edit.
If I want to perform operations that are only possible in the local Excel application (e.g. sheet or macro operations) and a colleague comes home while editing in Online, my work comes to a halt.
Can you please implement a priority lock function that works as follows.
1. click "Priority Lock" on a file that someone is editing online.
2. Only the latest version of the target file is copied to the same folder as a separate file with "(1)". After that,…1 vote
Our team primarily uses Box Drive. When we send Box.com links around, it is very cumbersome to then have to navigate to the file in Box Drive if you need to use Box Drive to access it.
A button should be added to the web version of Box.com to "View in Box Drive" which would then launch the Finder (Mac) or Explorer (Windows) location of that file in Box Drive.1 vote
An option to download a .csv (or other convertible file) of the text titles of folders within a main folder.
(I am requesting as I need to verify contents in several hundred folders, and cannot easily keep track of what folder has or needs content. But also because I know other would find this useful for their own purposes as well)1 vote
When embedding Box documents via iFrame, the Preview SDK has Autofocus set to True. This means that Chrome web browser will "jump" to the HTML section that has the iframe and not stay at the top of the page.
I'm requesting the option to set autoFocus: false to prevent this. Note this has been an issue for many years, based on postings here: https://github.com/box/box-content-preview/issues/9607 votes
In the Sharing Sidebar, how about moving "Shared Link" and "File Request" to the top and then using all that sidebar real estate down the right side to allow a longer list of permissions to be seen without having to click into the Collaborators menu? Will make reviewing/managing permissions by folder more efficient. Alternatively, instead of "+10 People, + 2 Groups," why not describe that menu: "Full Collaborator List" or something like that.1 vote

This is a feature request.
I notice that sometimes team members copy or upload the same document to multiple locations in the same workspace or within the same workspace. For example, there is a shared folder with multiple sub-folders within it. The same file may live within many of those sub-folders. These are all separate files, so if someone uploads a new version of that file somewhere else, the other files are an older copy of that file.
The request would be to allow some way to show, or link to, a file that is elsewhere in the space within…1 vote
When multiple files are uploaded one by one (e.g. with different metadata), users need to visit the url every time upload completes. It would be time-saving if it goes back to the original page after completion of upload1 vote
When searching through our folders we will always use Grid View for the sake of seeing the preview images to determine which file we are looking for. However, after numerous discussions with the Box Support team, I was told this wasn't a bug, but how the feature is intended, which is absolutely shocking to me. Why does List View searching work fine, but Grid View does not?
Upon entering an invoice number and searching for it, if we select to see the most updated files the search terms completely reset and we see every single file within our Box account.…1 vote
After pressing the share button, I would like the "Invite users" field to be hidden for users who do not have invitation authority.
During daily operations, after pressing the share button, the "Invite users" column is displayed even from the user screen that does not have invitation authority, which causes confusion.
If you hover the cursor over it, you will see "You do not have permission to invite collaborators", but I would like the "Invite Users" field to be hidden from the share screen so that I can make a decision right away.
If it is difficult, if you are not authorized, please display the message "You are not authorized to invite" when this screen opens.
Our organization is using Box to store controlled information so to best control the sharing of our documents we are only enabling a very limited number of 3rd party app integrations. We have disabled most of the apps via Enterprise settings. However users still can see the Apps menu and we are receiving a lot of negative feedback related to integrations available that as an Enterprise we will not enable. Is it possible to hide the "Apps" in the Blue left menu for non-admin users via group or other action?1 vote
Currently we are using BVE and have a firewall setting to block the normal app.box.com.
When our group/subsidiary companies try to upload a file through file request, since the link URL is https://upload.app.box.com, they cannot upload a file via file request.
It would be great if we can make a file request link that is BVE so the URL is https://upload.ent.box.com.18 votes
When an item is copied or moved, a message is displayed indicating that the move is complete, but when the target folder is checked, the process may not be complete.
After moving or copying large data, the user may immediately see "copy completed" but the process is not actually completed, confusing the user.
Currently, general users can only visually confirm that the process is complete, and the only way to confirm that the process is complete is to request a user with administrative privileges to output a user activity report.
Therefore, we would like to see a function implemented to…4 votes
