Box Relay Signing Event Log and Completed Document filed seperately
Right now, you can create a Box Relay workflow to move/copy Just the Completed Signed document OR both the document and the log. It would be great to be able to also choose to manage the log seperatly too, so you could set up a Log folder to file them in a seperate location if you'd like, from the completed document.

Automated File renaming (at scale) - Programmatic creation of workflows
When a file is moved to any folder called “#Archive”, the file should be renamed with a prefix of “OLD_”
For example: I have a file called “mywordfile.docx” I now want to archive this file, so I drag it into a folder call “#Archive”. Box Automation should then rename my file to “OLD_mywordfille.docx”
Problem statement
The box automation trigger “when file moved to folder” requires an explicit folder path. Meaning I would need to configure a rule per “#Archive” folder within our folder structure. We have many. So, manually setting up relay for every single #Archive folder is not a…5 votes -
Expose workflow APIs to track progress of individual workflows
Today when querying for active workflows, the Box workflow API returns only workflow templates and not the actual workflow instances that each user initiates. As a relay user initiating a workflow based on a manual start trigger at the same time as other users I want to be able to query the workflow API to obtain information about a specific workflow instance, this feature will allow a user to get real time information on the status of each active workflow and not just the template. Ability to customize the subject line of emails sent automatically by Box Relay
We can customize the message that appears in the body of the email when we create an approval task in Box Relay.
However, for security reasons, we instruct our employees to delete emails they don't remember without opening them, so the current email subject line that is automatically sent by Box Relay is likely to be deleted.
We would like to have the ability to customize the subject line as well as the message, so that recipients can grasp the content at a glance.（日本語）

Name in the notification email of Box Relay should be the initiator of a workflow rather than workflow owner/creator.
Currently the name displyaed in the notification email of Box Relay is the name who owned/created the workflow.
It's idal to be displayed Name of initiator of a workflow in the notification email especially in caseunspecified majority of people might launch the workflow by manual.

box relay - to automatically create a new job folder by sending request from outlook or from quotient as soon as the quote has been accepted.

Expand Capabilities for Adding External Collaborators to Relay Tasks/Notifications
Currently, a user can only add an external collaborator to a Relay Task/Notification if the following are true -
- The user owns the content
- The user has added the external collaborator to content
- The user has to have less than 5,000 external collaborators on items they own
Many customers have a closed folder structure, where one admin user owns all content, so this admin user would be the only one who can create the workflow with external collaborators added to tasks/notifications. For large organizations especially, this is difficult to administer and maintain, so ideally even users who do not own…

Improve Box Relay Trigger "A Scheduled Event"
Recommend additional options for repetitive scheduled event triggers. Specifically, the option to repeat monthly on days of the month other than first or last, and to repeat every X months and/or weeks, would be extremely useful for automating assignment and tracking of repetitive tasks.

Move the "Select" checkbox to be near the filename
(Box web app) I used to be able to select multiple files to move or download by clicking near the filename in Box. I now have to use the "Select" checkbox, which is far to the right of the filename, and I select the wrong files because of this. Please move the "Select" checkbox immediately to the left of the filename to easily select multiple files, or return previous functionality to select multiple files by clicking on them.

Box Relay's 'New Upload' trigger only fires with the first version of the file.
- Add "Box Script" to your drop down list of systems on this page.
- Modify Script's 'New Upload' Relay Trigger so it applies to updated copies of a file to that same folder. aka V2, V3, etc. Currenty 'New Upload' only fires on the first time a file with that name is uploaded.
