Add view-only open shared link to view workflow
We want this to share for auditing purposes, as the shared link only works for people that are part of the workflow.

Age out workflows
Have the capability to age out completed workflows after 30, 60, 90 days, etc. Instead of having a long list of completed workflows for power users.
0 votesWe will do a better job of completed workflows and the organization around those. This, specifically, will not be implemented.

Add notification for users when changing a template, that existing workflows using the template will not be changed.
Only new workflows from that point forward would be affected.

Update permissions on Template Editor to be able to publish a template without action from Template Owner
As a template editor, I can edit a template but cannot publish the template without being the template owner.
Super confusing, as it seems I cannot save changes without the help of the owner.
0 votesAny changes you make are auto-saved even if it is not published. You should ask the template owner to make you an owner as well if you should have permissions to publishThat being said, I passed the feedback to our designer so we can refine. Thanks for submitting!

This is an old feature request that is no longer relevant based on new feature delivery. If this is still relevant please submit a new pulse.

Automatically select content to be approved if only one piece of content is within the workflow
Super confusing that when I want to build a template and choose an approval step, I have to manually check the 1 piece of content that needs to be approved, or else the looping on the Reject path doesn't work.
If I only have 1 piece of content, I shouldn't have to hit the checkbox on the content that needs to be approved - it should already be checked for me (or not even shown).

Notification that a file has entered workflow
When a file enters workflow it is moved, a notification (preferably to other users in the folder) that the file has been moved because it has entered a workflow is required.
2 votesThis could be partially solved with Box notifications today. It is not planned in the near term on the roadmap.

Rule based approvals
Based on metadata or classification of the workflow, a different set of (or more) approvers may be required
1 voteThis is not currently on our product roadmap. Please share additional use cases or feedback and we will reconsider given enough demand.
