On PC's there are not many Colour Folder or File Options
Would love for a cross platform of identification of colour coding files and folders. On a Mac unless everything is operating from the same NAS we can see each other's marks. On a PC a lot of apps don't support colour coding for cloud based software which is grinding my gears.
I love that there is now commenting and various ways to communicate. Colour Coding would be a great addition if possible. I mainly use Box Sync/Drive though so this may be a lot more complicated but that would be SUPER APPRECIATED if there was such a feature

create folder
Can we create a new folder that way we can organize documents we upload onto BOX? like if i have a bunch of pictures from a specific vacation, and other pictures from other vacations, i'd rather each picture be in specific folders rather than all over the place and i have to guess when and where the picture or file is and where it belongs to.

Add ability to cancel opening a file through Box Edit
If a large file is accidentally clicked on to open through Box Edit, it would be nice to be able to cancel opening the file. That way, you wouldn't have to wait even longer for the correct file to open.

Accessibility Issues in new version
The new app version has blocked the possibility to read in loud voice for blind people. with the two fingers gesture.
That is a very handfull accessibility tool. And it always worked, until now.

Is there a way to make comments on MBox folders private/directed toward specific individuals in an MBox group without seen by others?
I am part of a team that uses MBox to securely upload and view videos of infants who are identified at risk of adverse neurodevelopmental conditions to conduct a standardized assessment on each infant. Typically, when team members upload videos of their patients, we have to send multiple emails in order to a) notify the team that a new video has been uploaded and b) respond to the individual who uploaded the video to offer feedback/scoring. Is there a way to make the MBox comments privatized in order to reduce a bias effect on scoring the videos (and minimize the…

O365 Collaboration Speed Improvement
Whatever API is being used with your Microsoft partner is causing a diminished experience when collaborating with more than 10-12 users in an Excel spreadsheet compared to Google Sheets. I understand that these platforms are fundamentally different and handle collaboration with their own set of customized tools, but the experience in collaboration for Excel for numerous users should be as smooth as working on SharePoint or OneDrive. We don't allow Google in our workflow, collaboration in Excel is laggy, slow and terrible.

viewing annotated PDFs with 100% opacity highlights completely blots out text on browser but not acrobat or Docutments by Readdle
I like to annotate PDFs on my iPad (through Documents) and browser (through Box tools). When I preview a document with 100% opacity highlights on a browser it begins to load with readable text but switches to completely blotted out text when fully loaded. I used 100% opacity because it looks the best on acrobat PDF and ipad app Documents by Readdle. Please change settings so that 100% opacity highlights do not completely blot out text when previewing in browser.

"Open With" UI Element Documentation is broken - does the feature work?
Does the "Box Content Open With" feature work for anyone?
I see it as being broken in the developer documentation and I'm unable to get it working with my own app after following the documentation.

Allow Admin Deployment of Box Drive for Upgrades over Network
We use a deployment software and are able to use it successfully for all upgrades except Box Drive. This is due to the fact that there is a prompt for confirmation that the upgrade will cause loss connection and in a ticket was told there was no way to force it to continue.
What I'd like to see is a way for either through a deployment software, GPO, or PowerShell, be able to force upgrades at start-up. This would ensure that users are not yet accessing files that could be messed up.

If we have a large signing process going through DocuSIgn, we could have 100 documents that need to go to clients over a short period of time. In DocuSign, we regularly use the Save and Close option to prepare a document, rather than send it. Once we have all the docs preparared with signature blocks etc, we go into each draft and hit Send.
It would be good if Box could track the Draft in DocuSign, and allow you to go back into the document in Box and send from there. The only workaround is to login to DocuSign to…
