Add total number of pages in certificates of completion
Only the page on which the signature field is located is indicated in the certificate of completion. Adding the total number of pages of the signed document in the certificate of completion would be a very valuable piece of information that would help provide evidence that the signer accessed/had access to the complete document

The possibility to use a Box Sign template as part of a workflow in Power Automate would allow automatizing key parts of processes (i.e. fill in a form and receive a request to sign a document)

Trigger Box Sign from Box Drive
Some users rarely go to the web interface and almost exclusively use Box Drive. A Box Sign menu item when right-clicking on a file opening a browser tab would help with adoption.

Customizable reminders
Depending on the workflow, the pace at which a process needs to follow through might differ greatly. It would be most useful to be able to determine the interval between 2 reminders, and when the first reminder gets sent

Support for Qualified electronic signature (QES)
Supporting Qualified Electronic Signature through 3rd-party identity validation would be incredibly useful as it's required within the EU for some categories of processes

Ability to receive CC before the signature request is complete
Ability to CC someone on a signature request and have them receive their copy before completion of the request.
Box sign only allows the CC to receive the document after the request has been complete.

Template Migration from other e-signature solutions (DocuSign, Adobe etc)
Provide a migration flow/tool that will allow customers to migrate templates from existing e-signature solution (docusign, adobe sign) to Box Sign.

Box Sign - Show reminder message that no fields were added on document before sending
In one of the tests I ran, I didn’t place any fields in the document, just to see what would happen. It let me send it anyway. DocuSign stops me before that happens.

Box Sign - Direct senders back to the origin folder after sending a request
I want to go back to the folder where I sent it from but instead it shows the Sign page. Frustrating and wastes a lot of time.

Bypass Box interface when signing a document via notification email
We have a client who wants to implement Box Sign, but can't do so until their senior leadership is able to bypass the Box interface as an intermediary. Senior leadership, often on the go, wants to be able to click directly from their email to sign a document.

Box Sign - Tracking document opening and page views
Would love to see a feature that tracks document opening and page views in the same way that DocSend & PandaDoc do.

Expand Checkbox functionality to allow "check one" or "check all that apply"
I'd like to see a functionality added in Box Sign to the Checkbox feature. Currently, ALL checkboxes must be checked in order to proceed with completion of a document. We have an acknowledgement document we have created where the employee must check EITHER "I Agree" OR 'I Disagree"....not both. Box sign does not currently support this. I'd like to see an added capability to the Checkbox feature, a "conditional checkbox", which would allow both a "check one of these" option or a "check all that apply".

Setting to enforce Password On for all sign requests
Request the feature to enforce putting Password to the file which is shared by Sign Request.
When the file is sent by Sign Request, it does not have any access control like Shared link.
If the administrator can force the end user to put Password when they send a Sign request, it can remediate the risk of unexpected data leakage caused by Sign no access control specification.2 votes -
Granular email notifications: signer has viewed the document or after each signer completes
Would like the ability be notified via email when someone has viewed a signature request instead of when all signers have signed.
