Box Sign - Formatting of fields within paragraphs
Currently in Box it is not possible to drop in a signed field (e.g., Company Name) and have that display perfectly within the body of a paragraph. A great example of this would be a Non Disclosure Agreement which traditionally has the name of the organizations in the first paragraph. While you can drop a field in the approximate location, the sizing will not gracefully adapt to the entered text and it always looks slightly off compared to the rest of the document (e.g., alignment, placement, font, etc.). Ability to apply signing template to document uploaded to folder via relay
It would be great if a specified signature template could be applied to a document uploaded to a specified folder via relay, and use fields within the document to specify recipients. For example, uploading a document with a number of names and email addresses would automatically have a signature template applied, then use the email addresses and names within the document to assign those people to the proper signature areas, then send the document for signature.

Ability to send customized emails to different roles in Box Sign
Ability to send a customized email to each of the various roles on one Sign request. For example, we would like folks with the "Approver" or "Get a Copy" role to receive emails with customized text based on their role in the process that is different from the email text sent to the Signer.
Additionally, the current email sent to those with the "Approver" role is misleading as it indicates they need to sign something. Can improved automated text be crafted that is more clear that this person is receiving an approval task, rather than a sign task?

When creating a Box sign template, I want to specify the signed file and sign log in any location to create a template
In the current Box sign template, it is necessary to specify the save destination folder for the document at any time.

Box Sign - Expand the number of recipients from 35
Is there a known way to send a document through Box that needs 70+ unique signatures in the same location (basically everyone needs to receive their own separate file.)?

Box Sign, additional variant of Multi-Factor Authentication
Hi,
it would be nice if we could authenticate us with our Box Login. Not all member in our company have an business smartphone or wanna send a separate information with the password to all recipients. I know, not each person has Box, but it would make our internal communication much easier, cause we wanna use Box Sign for participant logs, internal agreements, handovers,... And a confirmation via the box login (possibly including TOTP) is more than sufficient for us

Integration with our Paycor application for Box Sign.
We use Paycor for many of our HR and Recruiting needs, currently we use DocuSign which has an integration for Paycor, but we would like to have this option using Box Sign.

Stay in current folder after submitting signature request
Instead of the page refreshing to the Box Sign page (https://app.box.com/sign) after a signature request has been sent, have it stay in the same folder (example: https://app.box.com/folder/90000000001).
I have to search for the folder again to submit another signature request from the same set of files when I was already there.

More Granular options for Box Sign Reminders
Right now the reminders for Box sign are pre-set to:
"day 3, 8, 13 and 18"We would like to be able to set when we would like reminders to be sent rather than be limited to those options.

Add total number of pages in certificates of completion
Only the page on which the signature field is located is indicated in the certificate of completion. Adding the total number of pages of the signed document in the certificate of completion would be a very valuable piece of information that would help provide evidence that the signer accessed/had access to the complete document

Allow Box Sign widget on web page
Allow a Box Sign form based on a template to be posted on a web page via a widget where it can be signed by anyone that can access the web page and/or downloaded to be signed off-line and returned using a manual separate process.
For example, I may have a generic form that can be completed by anyone interested in requesting a service or receiving information but the form requires a name and signature acknowledging terms and conditions before the request will be put into queue to be processed.
