A specification that can change the settings for multiple objects at once
I would hope the specification that can change the size, color, text, etc. of multiple objects at once.

Add custom images by browsing to images already stored on Box.
Allow users to add custom images by browsing to images already stored on Box. Canvas currently only allows users to import custom images from a computer. This increases the complexity of using Canvas, decreases the value of storing media files in Box, and, makes Canvas seem more like 3rd party tool than a Box feature/function.

We would like to turn off the user tag that follows their mouse movements in Canvas so that each person's usage and ideas can be unanimous.

Enable by default the option to create a new Canvas from existing template
When creating a new Canvas board, it would be great to have the option to select from a template enabled by default. This feature is easy to miss when not enabled for new users. The option to disable/enable can remain, but it should be enabled by default for users initially.

Copy/Paste on Word/Porwerpoint
Copy/Paste the work made on Canvas on an Office document could be super useful.

The Connector arrow needs to touch the edge of the Triangle Shape
Currently, when you draw a connector line to or from a triangle shape, the arrow doesn't actually start or end at the triangles border. It appears it just stops and isn't connected because its connecting to an invisible square border around the triangle.

Request for additional functions to BoxCanvas
We have received requests from users to add the following functions to BoxCanvas as well as BoxNote.
A function to display a preview of the URL.

It is useful if it be set icons of each company's own without having to go through the trouble of pasting images.

When creating my own shapes/symbols based on primitive shapes I would like to be able to group them so it is easier to move, resize, copy and paste. etc

Canvas - Grid markings
When working in Canvas the grid markings are so faint, they are hard to see. Should be able to adjust for personal preference.

Embed files in Canvas
In Canvas, I would a way to link text to a Box file. I have built an Org Chart in Canvas & I would like to embed a hyperlink to a job description which is saved in a Box folder.

When accessed by non-editors, the screen cannot be moved horizontally
When viewed by someone other than the editor, it is not possible to move left or right.
You can zoom in and out on the screen.
You can also scroll up and down with the mouse scroll.
Since there is no edit bar, I want you to change the mouse pointer to the palm icon from the beginning1 vote -
Upload docs to Canvas, automatic creation of repository folder.
It would be helpful to have the ability to upload documents to steps in a Canvas workflow. Once uploaded, there should be folder within my box instance where those files are stored.

canvas sharing outside the organisation
Currently one of the great things about other canvas style products is to be able to share it outside the organisation and to be able to invite a guest to contribute/edit the document.
Currently the external user needs to have a box account I believe.
Also a nice to have would be the ability to copy from Miro to Canvas

Reminder to migrate files PSU Box when a faculty leaves PSU
I created and uploaded some vmware images to PSU Boxes. And I shared several links to files at PSU Box. When I leaved PSU, I forget to migrate my files to our file hosting platform. Therefore, all my files are deleted and lost.
