  1. When changing the 「Disable unpublished apps by default」 setting

    I would like to see the 「activation status」 of custom apps also logged when they are automatically changed.

    【Background】
    If you have not manually changed the "Enabled Status" of a custom app at least once in the past,
    I understand that if you have not changed the 「Enable status」 of a custom app manually at least once in the past, it will be automatically changed when you change the 「Disable unpublished apps by default」 setting.
    However, when the 「enable status」 is automatically changed, there is no history in the 「security log」 report, and it is very difficult to determine…

  2. Add information about deleting tasks to the User Activity Report

    If a task is accidentally deleted, the current User Activity Report can't see who deleted what task and when.
    There is currently no way to check if the deleted task was really unnecessary.
    We would like to see more items related to the task function in the User Activity Report so that administrators can see who deleted what tasks and when.

    誰がいつどのようなタスクを削除してしまったか確認できない。

    アクティビティレポートのタスク機能に関する項目を増やして欲しい。

  3. Exclude Geographical access through Microsoft Applications

    In the Geographic Activity and its Report, it shows access from countries like United States and Singapore where it is accessed not from those countries but via Microsoft integration.
    it would be great if it can be removed because it is not actually accessed from those countries.

  5. Add information about when users clicks a bookmark to the user activity report

    Currently, the behavior when users click a bookmark created in Box and move to the link destination is not included in the user activity report.
    Administrators want to check which they used bookmarks and when from Box and which sites they accessed from the log.
    Please add information about when they click a bookmark to the user activity report.

  6. Date Range Selection - Box Reports

    The Date Range offered, when creating reports, should be increased to include 'Last Quarter'.

    This would enable us to use Saved Reports more frequently, since entering custom dates prevents a report from being saved.

    We regularly run reports to identify Box useage in the last 3 months, to identify those box accounts that can be deleted

  7. Schedule settings for all reports

    Currently, the following reports cannot be scheduled.
    ・Platform Activity
    ・Outbound Activity
    ・Security Logs
    ・Legal Holds
    ・Retention

    There are several types of reports that only the administrator can output, Since it takes time to output each report, automatic acquisition on a regular basis will improve operational efficiency.

  8. Report status window shows columns in fixed column width which makes data unreadible

    Current view of reports status shows 5 columns in fixed width which makes for instance the date and time stamp unreadable. It would be really helpful if you could adjust the column width like in Microsoft Excel to make the data readable, there's a lot of unused white space at the right side that could be better utilized.

  9. User activity on some days only (like saturday and sunday)

    Would it be possible to run the activity report and select some days in the week ?
    It could be interesting to see the activity during the week-end (saturday and sunday), so we can see if it's normal or not.

  10. Outbound collaboration report is now in line with other report formats but no option to schedule it?

    I understand why the Outbound collaboration report was recently updated and is now in line with all other reports but since it now takes 30 minutes to complete instead of 30 seconds why not immediately offer the option to schedule it like all others?

  11. Ability for users to track activity

    In the Closed configuration ,Only admins and co-admins can track activity on the files listed at the URLs below.
    Users cannot be tracked.
    If users can export reports, they can perform on themselves statistical analysis.
    As a result, it becomes possible to actively use Box.
    So I want users to be included in the targets that can be exported.

  12. Ability to see the output period of the report expanded.

    We are aware that the report can currently output information for up to the past 7 years.
    More data will remain over the next 7 years, and we know that we will have no choice but to extract the necessary reports each time.
    However, it would be very time-consuming as it is, and further expansion of the report output period would improve convenience, so we would very much like to see this addressed.

    現在、最大で過去7年分の情報をレポートで出力できることは認識してます。
    今後7年以上残るデータが増えてきますが、その都度必要なレポートを抽出する他ないことも承知してます。
    しかし、このままでは非常に手間となりレポートの出力期間をさらに広げることで利便性の向上にも繋がるので是非対応してほしい。

    When an admin conducts and enterprise wide search, it would be great if the results could be exported. This would allow one to sort the data and and sum the size of all the files/folders.

  15. Ability to select users outside the tenant in the user filter of the user activity report.

    Currently, when retrieving activities of non-tenant users, it is necessary to output all without filtering and then select the target data in Grep.
    Our tenants have a large number of users, and if all the data were to be output, it would be a huge amount of data, and the above process would take a lot of time.
    I think that selecting users outside of tenants will reduce our work time and improve convenience, so I would really like to see this happen.

    我々のテナントはユーザー数が多く、すべてのデータを対象として出力すると膨大なデータになり上記作業に多くの時間がかかります。
    テナント外のユーザーを選択することで、こちらの作業時間が短縮し利便性の向上に繋がると思うので是非実現してほしい。

  17. Update the user detail report so that the administrator can see status of the automatic acceptance of invitations

    Invitation auto-acceptance settings can be changed for each user, but may be "pending" when an admin invites a managed user to a folder.
    Please add an item so that administrators can check the setting status in the user details report whether the managed user has automatic invitation approval disabled or enabled.

    招待の自動承認の設定は各ユーザーで変更できますが、管理者が管理対象ユーザーをフォルダに招待する際に「保留中」になることがあります。
    管理対象ユーザーが招待の自動承認を無効にしているのか、有効にしているのか、管理者がユーザーの詳細レポートで設定状況が確認できるよう項目を追加していただきたいです。

  19. Ability to specify the destination folder for periodic output of Box reports

    We would like to be able to output Box reports periodically by specifying a folder.
    Currently, it is possible to output reports on a regular basis, but when providing them to users, it is necessary to manually move the output results, which takes a lot of man-hours.
    We would like to be able to fully automate this process, so we are making this request.

  20. Feature to retrieve a list of apps added to a managed user account

    Currently there is no ability for tenant administrators to manage the apps that users are adding.
    At a given point in time, we request the ability to get a list of app addition statuses in order to understand which apps are being added by managed users.
