Granular control over Box Sign expiration dates
We would like more granular control over the expiration dates for both initial signature requests and the expiration on the completed signed document. We need to be able to offer smaller windows of time for expiration, whether that is based on the number of clicks or a shorter number of days. The shortest time period currently offered is 7 days. Docusign allows expiration after the signer has clicked on a document 5 times or within 48 hours.
We would like to see the same on the completed request as well, 14 days is too long for the Shared Link to…

Type Email Address twice
Have an option to type an Email address twice.
This is for requests that require the user to sign twice that is before and after everyone has signed so that they can confirm at the end of the form

Box Sign "Duplicated emails You cannot use the same email more than once."
People who create templates cannot use them because they'll get a "Duplicated emails
You cannot use the same email more than once." message. We need to be able to add people to receive copies of templates as well, but then they also can't use the templates if they need to fill them out. We've been able to work around this using alternate emails for people receiving a copy in the templates, but they should be able to be added multiple times to avoid having to use a workaround like this.1 vote -
Allow non-Box users to save their signatures for use with Box Sign for re-use.
Non-Box users, especially in a platform scenario currently need to "create" a signature each time they are asked to sign something. A lot of these users are signing many requests a day/week and would save time if they were able to save their signature somehow.

With this update, after completing an initial signature request, your Name, Title, and Company will be automatically pre-filled the next time you sign, saving time and reducing repetitive input. Also Signatures and Initials are saved for future re-uses. This enhancement is designed to create a faster, more seamless signing experience for frequent signers.

3 votesWe’re excited to announce Platform Insights, which will help admins better understand how their enterprise is using custom applications.
Platform Insights is an easily accessible dashboard within the new Admin Insights experience that will provide admins with visualizations on chargeable API calls, MAUs, pending app approvals, storage, and bandwidth. Admins can apply filters to charts to select specific dates or categories, as well as show the underlying data for a chart.

Sender default options for Box Sign Salesforce
When a sender requests documents to be signed, the default role and order for the sender will be "will receive a copy" and "1", respectively. These default options cannot be changed currently. It would be nice to be able to adjust these settings.

Increase signature size in Box-sign on saved document
Once a document is signed, the signature is so small it is barely legible. It is declined frequently because it is not legible. It should be a larger size - i.e. like DocuSign.

Needs Spacing Guidelines
There is currently no feature to help the user evenly space shapes away from each other. Other diagramming tools have a feature where you can highlight multiple shapes and then evenly space them vertically or horizontally from each other. Or when you're clicking and dragging a shape, it tells you if its evenly spaced with the others.

Need to be able to give Connectors a Name
Typically, a diamond shape indicates a decision or two pathways someone can take. To create a proper diagram, you need to be able to name those pathways like Yes & No or True & False. There needs to be a way to name the line without having to add a separate text box near the line.

Increase the number of Sign requests displayed on “sent requests” and “my requests” pages.
Only 10 Sign requests are displayed on Box Sign “sent requests” and “my requests”pages and it is needed to click next page button to look for the previous Sign requests. As the number of requests increases, it takes more time to go back to previous requests.
It would be nice if Box Sign “sent requests” and “my requests” pages provides infinite scroll or increase the number of displayed Sign requests.

Update Box Sign font and style
Right now the default signature font is much smaller than the date field and the signatures are, to be frank, childish looking. Just give me a boring monospaced font + date, maybe a watermark so that it looks professional. I feel like I'm going to be laughed at if I try and present this as an alternative to Adobe Sign or Docusign as it is now.

Group select with the ability to copy/paste, align and reassign fields
The inability to group select fields and move, copy and paste, align or reassign them on BoxSign is extremely frustrating and makes using BoxSign tedious. HelloSign and many of the other e-signature platforms all have this feature and the lack of it on BoxSign really makes it feel like a subpar product.

56 votesWe have released the 'batch send' capability in Box Sign.
This enables senders to send signature requests in bulk by uploading a spreadsheet of contacts and specifying the document. Box Sign will then send out a unique invite to everyone listed in the spreadsheet.
The batch send feature is available on the Box Enterprise Plus plan.
This helps address high-volume business processes including:
- Internal processes like HR sending a building entry form that needs to be signed by all employees working in a facility, or annually acknowledging they they have received and read the employee handbook
- External processes like Legal having to send a notice/addendum to all customers regarding an update on contract language.

Box Sign - Check boxes. Limit checkbox selection to a single choice.
Box Sign - Check boxes. Limit checkbox selection to a single choice. When making a choice via a checkbox, today all check boxes can be selected. The request is to limit checkbox selection to just one box, not more than one.
3 votesThe new optional checkboxes behavior doesn't require "review" to "Sign&Finish".
Currently one click checks/uncheck the checkbox, which makes the signing experience more smooth and faster.
The changes are live since June, 2023.

Need to be able to use your Keyboard to delete items on the Canvas
It appears intermittent on when I can use my Delete key on my keyboard to delete shapes, lines or sticky notes.

Box Sign needs Clickable Link Feature
Box Sign should allow for clickable links within documents out for signature. Our contracts have a link that direct to online T's & C's. I'd migrate over to Box Sign today if that was a feature.
