Gmail - Add 'Attach from Box' (using Box File Picker UI)
Right now, there's no way to 'attach from Box' from within Gmail -- the user must manually go get the shared link from Box, then paste in an email.
REQUEST: Provide an 'attach from Box' button within Gmail that opens the (new) Box file picker, allowing the user to choose a Box file, choose the shared link permission, then automatically add the shared link in.

We added the ability to change your note view to full width in April 2019. You can toggle back and forth by clicking the full width icon (next to the search icon).

Add a Search Feature to the Box Notes UI (Including Desktop App)
To allow users to open other Box Notes in their account that might not be quickly-located in their Favorites or Recents lists.

Support Contact Info under Custom Setup
Support site URL only allows admins to input lowercase letters. The error message is generic and says 'Invalid URL format' which caused some confusion for the admin. Might be helpful to make this requirement more clear since uppercase letters were permitted in the old custom setup.

Hi! In our latest report enhancement, we added 2 columns: Owner ID and Reason for Hold.
“Reason for Hold” will show either collaborator or owner for custodian-based legal hold.

Enable DocuSign Integration to Send Multiple Docs in one Envelope/Email
We often have to send multiple files to the same user for signature and are looking for a way to bundle them together rather than needing to send each file individually.

Update the Managed User Report with sortable date fields instead of text fields
The managed user report that is exportable from the managed users tab of the admin console shows date columns as text fields, which makes it impossible to sort by date.
