1. Add 'Insert from Box' Option to 'Embed' Box Files within Notes

   USER STORY: I have a file (a PowerPoint, for example) that I want to reference in a Box Note -- instead of just putting a link, I want to 'embed' the file so that it's displayed in a more visual manner.

   WORKAROUND: Right now, in order to do this I have to screenshot the one-slider, then drag that image into the Box Note, then manually put the shared link for the file below it.

   It'd also be nice to be able to (at a minimum) put a shared link for a file into the 'insert link to image' option that already exists in Box Notes -- then have the Note be smart enough to simply embed that file visually even though it's not an image.

4. .PKG File for Deploying Box Edit

   We currently only provide a DMG file for deploying Box Edit on a Mac. This is not really scalable and not the preferred way to deploy apps to Mac workstations in large enterprises.

   PKG installers are already supported on Box Tools

5. Automation task email appears to come from root admin.

   The email that gets sent out to users informing them of a task awaiting completion as part of an automation is sent on behalf of the main root admin for the EID.

   In other words, even if the automation was created by a co-admin and assigned to a random user, the email that user receives will appear to come from the root admin, not the co-admin who created the automation.

7. Custom dialogue upon login

   I would like the ability to have a text alert at the top of our page that promotes a tool, such as Box for Office, on the All Files and Folders page.

   I did look at the terms of service option, but I do not think that is what we are looking for. We were hoping there would be some way to either add text to the All Files view that could alert members to features we wish to promote, such as the co-authoring or the DocuSign app, maybe like the way people are prompted to accept or reject folder sharing when their accounts are set up in that manner.

   Or maybe something that would work the same way the getting started with Box screens popup when someone creates a Box account.

   We currently have the capability to promote features within the Webapp on All Files and Folders.

8. The ability to edit comments

   Editing comments would make the comments section less cluttered and allow for mistakes to be fixed.

9. Allow selecting a different root folder post install

   After we mirrored our production environment to a SFDC sandbox, the sandbox comes with the Box integration pre-installed and the Salesforce Root Folder pre-populated to point to the same folder connected to the production instance.

   We would like the ability to configure the sandbox instance of the integration to point to any other folder, either via UI or exposed via SDK/toolkit.

   This capability exists today in the Box for Salesforce integration. Users can map a Sandbox and Production Salesforce environment to different root folders within 1 Box EID.

10. Assigned Tasks needs to be all Completed and not declined for Automation to trigger the next action

    Automation won't move a file for "complete task" action unless all the tasks on it are completed. No task can be Declined.

    Admins can disable offlining of documents.

12. Hide parent folder path in Box Embed

    Box Embed in Salesforce currently shows the full path of the folder. Users can click on the path to navigate away from the current record folder.

    This can be confusing for some users, so the admin would like to hide this part of the embed widget.

    This filtering already exists in the Users & Groups UI.

    Unless there’s a need to export that information, this functionality appears to meet the request.

17. Show Admin settings for who can create templates

    We would like to have the ability to designate whether end users (either managed vs co-admins or at a user level) can create their own relay templates. We want to provide a set of approved templates for policy approvals that users can launch, but don't want them to be able to create their own 'unapproved' templates.
