Edit Box files directly in Teams
When files are stored directly inside of Teams, you can click on these files and “Edit in Teams” directly. If you click on files sourced from Box, however, you get an ugly preview of the file and have to navigate to Box in order to make edits, which is a clunky experience.
Doing this will require Box to inherit sharing rules as defined in Teams. In other words, I should be allowed to at least view if not edit files shared with me in Teams, even if I don't have access to the underlying folder in Box. Perhaps it could…

Send Box notifications to a Slack channel
We've been expanding the use of Slack in our organization and trying to encourage people to reduce the use of email. Ideally, we would like to see the ability to have Box notifications get sent directly to a Slack channel, so people don't have to keep going back to email.

Need to fix the login behavior of the Teams desktop app.
When accessing a Box folder from the Teams desktop app, we will be prompted to log in to Box every time Teams is restarted.
However, in the browser version, if we have logged in once, it will not be requested.
Therefore, we would like you to improve the desktop app version of Teams so that it does not require us to log in to Box every time.<Teams
37 votesWe have released a more seamless login experience.

Remove OneDrive & SharePoint as storage location when deploying Box for Teams
Box is our central location for all content across our company. We also use Microsoft Teams for collaboration, which is why we're excited to roll out the new Box integration with Teams. However, there are still ways users can accidentally upload files to OneDrive & SharePoint. This may be a Microsoft limitation, but can Box find a way to remove these as options when we turn on your integration? We want Box as the only storage location for any file uploaded to Microsoft Teams.

Security Report: Log when apps are disabled/enabled in the Admin Console
Currently, when admins/co-admins mark apps as 'available' or 'disabled' in the Admin Console -> Enterprise Settings -> Apps page, no reporting event is triggered, meaning companies have no way to self-identify who enabled/disabled which applications/endpoints, and this is a major security concern for some customers.
REQUEST: Add entries to the Security Report in the admin console whenever:
1. A published app's status is changed between Available, Disabled, and Added by Default (via the Enterprise Settings -> Apps page)
2. An API key is added/removed from the Unpublished Applications Whitelist field on Enterprise Settings -> Apps14 votesWe are happy to announce that we have addressed this request. Details are available in the announcement.

Save full email files back to Box (not just attachments)
