Box Sign template for different document not perfile/ document basis.
Box Sign template for different document not perfile/ document basis. Would like to make Box sign field as template. So we can utlize the tempalte to different file/document.

The current supported functionality is "Replace document".
- Create a template with all necessary fields
- Use template
- In the top of the document click the three dots icon and select "Replace"
It will allow you to replace the document, but keep all of the fields that you added previously.
Please let me know if this solves your problem.

Ability to change the destination of Microsoft Teams Chat Files to any other Box folder
We would like to be able to change the destination of Microsoft Teams Chat Files to any folder.
Currently, it is not possible to change the destination of the Box to a different folder.(In Japanese)
Microsoft Teams Chat Filesの保存先を任意のフォルダに変更できるようにしてほしい。

Ability to resize photos uploaded from Box Capture
The size of the photos taken and uploaded by Box Capture is about 5MB each.
In addition to Box, we also sync uploaded items to our on-premise server, so there is a capacity control on the server side, and a 5MB image is too large.We would like to be able to choose some upper limit of capacity when we take a picture with Box Capture.
(We would like to have the ability to automatically resize the image when shooting in Box Capture).(e.g. high quality mode, standard quality mode, low quality mode, etc.)

thank you for sharing this idea with us. This suggestion is an existing feature, to change photo size please navigate to 'Settings' -> 'Continuous Capture' -> 'Photo Quality' and choose desired option. Hope this is helpful.

Match on File Folder Names, not Contents
When I search documents looking for the document TITLE only, files with the text inside the document also show up in search. Can a title only pulldown be added?

Open files in Box from "Box Files" tab in Microsoft Teams
Currently I only see a way to launch a file in Box (for editing, commenting, etc) from the content card posted in a Team Channel conversation. I can't see a way to launch a file directly from the "Box Files" tab in Teams. Even an overall "Open Folder in Box" button would help to direct the user to the correct Team/Channel folder created in Box.

Inherit classifications when copying file from one folder to another
In Box Shield Smart Access, if moved from Folder A, which is assigned the [In-House] classification, to Folder B, which is assigned the [Public] classification, Folder A's classification will be inherited.
However, the classification of [In-house] in folder A is not inherited when the copy operation is performed, the [Public] classification assigned to folder B is assigned.
Since the classification is not inherited by the copy operation, this function can be useful to prevent information leakage by implementing this function.3 votes -

We would like to have the ability to search by classification.
3 votesAlthough today Box cannot run a report to display all classified content, you can use Box’s search functionality to search for content bearing a specific classification.

Add and more events into a same flow in relay
When You build a flow in relay, You don't have the possibility to add another event into this same flow as a result. This might help if You need to repeat a part of the flow (similar as a loop).

Print in Preview Mode when using web-based Box
It would be a game changer if Box added in the ability to print documents directly from the preview view while using the browser version of Box. It is very time consuming and labor intensive to have to open each document in their native application to print them. If we could instead print documents directly from the preview mode in the browser, it would make things much easier.
