Add 'Insert from Box' Option to 'Embed' Box Files within Notes
USER STORY: I have a file (a PowerPoint, for example) that I want to reference in a Box Note -- instead of just putting a link, I want to 'embed' the file so that it's displayed in a more visual manner.
WORKAROUND: Right now, in order to do this I have to screenshot the one-slider, then drag that image into the Box Note, then manually put the shared link for the file below it.
It'd also be nice to be able to (at a minimum) put a shared link for a file into the 'insert link to image' option that…

Add Service Accounts to Managed User list in the Admin Console
Enterprise admins can see App Users and Managed Users in the User list in the Admin Console, but not Service Accounts.

Give users access to Automations without becoming a co-admin
Certain communications do not need to go to Automations creators. Rather, they are truly meant for co-admins. Additional granularity would help reduce noise.

Workflow phases for easier understanding of progress
We have a workflow that could be over 25 steps in total. These steps are separated, in their original design, into phases such as Preparation > Briefing > Development > Sign-off > Release. Currently, it's impossible for users to see which stage they are in or which stages have been completed, as they are not defined. A user would have to know the number of steps in each phase to understand this currently. Phasing is a basic feature included in most workflow systems.

Nested or linked workflows in Relay
I want to be able to nest workflows both for organization purposes and to have a record of all workflows that pertain to a certain project, client, etc. This could be a tag of attribute added to workflows to link them together or an ability to have a set of workflows that are triggered automatically in a certain order so they don't exist completely separate.

iOS "Box Sheild” "Classification Labels"
When video is played in "Box for iOS", the classification label of "Box Shield" appears in the center of the video.
*This does not occur in "Box for Android".Therefore, the classification label gets in the way when watching the video.
Please make it possible to hide this category label, or to move it away from the center.1 voteWhen watching videos on the the Box for iOS app using horizontal orientation, we recommend expanding the video to use full screen mode - this will hide the classification label and provide you with an optimal viewing experience.

Allow embedding Box Hubs on other sites
Box Hubs overlaps in function with our existing Intranet and I would love to leverage it more by being able to embed Hubs to pages in Sharepoint Online.

Folders added to box hubs are not accessible by public
If you add a box folder to hubs that is set for public view and download access, it is not accessable from the hub by external users. I've done a workaround adding a link in a paragraph section instead, but would be nice to be able to add folders from box just like files and have them work for public view and download if needed.

Suppression List Management

1 voteWe are excited to introduce Suppression List Management for Administrator, a solution designed to streamline the process of handling suppression lists with ease.
Previously, customers had to reach out to Product Support to solve the problem with Notification delivery. With this new feature, Box Administrators can remove Users from the Suppression List without the need to contact the Box Support team. This feature will be available in the Admin Console under the Notification tab.

Ability to share Box Sign Templates
I would like to be able to share a template in Box Signature that I've created. Currently, you can only use your own templates and all users need to create their own even if they're identical.

Restrict what users can add the Box for Microsoft Teams Integration to a Channel
We need the ability to limit what Microsoft Users can deploy the Box for Teams integration to a channel. At present the option is to have the integration enabled for all users (and therefore deployable by all users) or disabled for all. Our organisation requires more granularity on this to avoid inadvertent content sprawl etc.

Batch send doc on business account subscription
I would like to be able to send the same document to 19 different people for signature (e.g., company policies). I'd like to send in a batch format and then be able to track which I have received back / which I have not received. This is not currently available in the business account subscription plan.

Add a home to the web UI
Add Home to the menu in the Web UI above All Files and allow it to be the default we a user first logs in. It should be associated with what they set their home page to be (i.e. Favorites, Collections, etc.). When using a closed folder structure where users can't create files and folders on the All Files page it makes no sense to take them to this page by default because natural thought would be that they should be able to create on this page not need to navigate to another page.

Customize "shared settings" notification
Hi,
Whenever I put a BOX link on slack, I always get the "shared settings" notification.
"It says I can customize the sharing settings use the dropdown list. "
But I just want to share the link, don't want to customize every time. Is it possible to set not to display this?
1 voteYes, this is possible via setting the Default Instant Permission to "Do Nothing". This can be set up in Box app's Home page in Slack.

Ability to annotate pdf
my users would really love a feature to allow PDF annotation of the actual PDF document without having to open the document in another tool. We can then retain the document/presentation and the notes for record keeping. makes for a super efficient meeting
