Security Report: Log when apps are disabled/enabled in the Admin Console
Currently, when admins/co-admins mark apps as 'available' or 'disabled' in the Admin Console -> Enterprise Settings -> Apps page, no reporting event is triggered, meaning companies have no way to self-identify who enabled/disabled which applications/endpoints, and this is a major security concern for some customers.
REQUEST: Add entries to the Security Report in the admin console whenever:
1. A published app's status is changed between Available, Disabled, and Added by Default (via the Enterprise Settings -> Apps page)
2. An API key is added/removed from the Unpublished Applications Whitelist field on Enterprise Settings -> Apps14 votesWe are happy to announce that we have addressed this request. Details are available in the announcement.

Save full email files back to Box (not just attachments)
Users at General Atlantic would like to use Box to archive important emails. But saving .eml files to their machines and then uploading is clunky and is not possible on mobile devices. They've requested a more automated way to send emails to Box from Outlook and Outlook app.
6 votesThe ability to save .eml files to Box has been delivered with the new Box for Outlook integration:

Ability to Link Directly to Google Editor UI
Currently, the Box + Google integration only allows a user to copy a standard Box shared link, which loads the Box Preview pane. For users that want to edit the file, they then have to choose 'Open' in order to open the Google editor UI and start making changes.
This is different than the behavior if the Google Sheet (for example) were stored in Google Drive -- in Drive, when recipients open the link for a file, it takes them directly to the Google editor UI so users can instantly start making edits/changes.
3 votesNew G Suite integration enables linking directly to the Google document, as well as to a specific point in that Google document (e.g. to an exact comment).

Improvements to the NetSuite folder naming system
Various records in NS using different ID's to name the folders which can be confusing, particularly when internal ID's are used. For example:
Purchase Order

Allow more granular access to NetSuite root folder
Currently, admins are only allowed to enable or disable "Prevent users from accessing NetSuite content from their Box account".
This means that either the "NetSuite" root folder is hidden from every managed user's Box account or it's entirely visible. The request is to add more granular access to this folder.
