Box Sign Notifications and Tasks
Would like the ability for internal users to receive a task notification if assigned a signature as well as for the signer to receive a notification in the notifications bar when a document has been signed or rejected.

The ability to configure a form to collect metadata in Box Sign (similar to File Request)
We would like to have a form to populate metadata values by Box Sign natively similar to File Request. This is for one of requirements for "searching contents" defined in the Japanese version of ISO 15489 record management.

Check the position of Sign field
I would like to have a feature for the Sign sender to be able to review where they inputted each sign filed ( sign, date etc) so that they can see easily where they have set up wrong.

Additional features for box sign
1. right click on a document in box drive and have the option to set up box sign
2. multiple documents in a single box sign request
3. ability to restrict options for signing so you can force a drawn signature as opposed to having the ability to use the stamp signature
4. ability to edit document after clicking send request

Allow box sign envelope/request to be edited by sender after sending
Our box sign files are typically sent from admin, to an approver/signer being a manager or partner, then sent to our client for signing. We deal in financial & tax documents and so the manager/partner needs to check documents and signing packs for completeness and accuracy before sending. We don't have time to create these packs ourselves as this is an admin task (similar to old style drafting letters and putting them in the post).
If the manager/partner finds an error, the whole document envelope/request needs to be cancelled and started over again. An error might be in the contents…

Send Error Message when it is wrong email address in Box Sign request
Currently in Box Sign, when you input an email address that doesn't exist, it doesn't give any error and in the interface, it is successfully "sent".
If there is a feature to let the user know that there is an error because it could not send the sign request, it would be very useful.
The background of this need is that if there is a typo in an email address and the sender doesn't notice it, they would just assume that the sign request email was sent and there is no way to know that the receiver never received it.

I want the BoxSign signature log to be able to apply the tenant's set time zone.
I want the BoxSign signature log to be able to apply the tenant's set time zone.
Currently, the signature log is written in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
I would like to be able to set the tenant's time zone to make the log content explicit.
If the UTC is left as it is, there is a high possibility that the approval time will be pointed out in internal audits due to the difference from the actual time, as it is different from the time that we use regularly.

Password protected feature to Box Sign
Box allows to send a password to the signer for the signing purposes but it is not kep on after that. I recommend adding password protected feature on the documents sent from Box Sign, so any sensitive data could be protected.

Ability to recognize a similar document to prepopulate signature, text, and other fields
In Docusign, we can upload a document and place the signature and text box fields required to save it as a template. Then later, when we upload that same document generated from our software (that is populated with the deal specific information), it recognizes a matching document as a template, so it places the fields without us having to manually place them. Using a template doesn't work since each contract has different information and it would be more information to manually transcribe than generate and place signatures.

Ability to add branding to Box Sign notifications
Could fall under this request as well "Allow custom logo in Box notifications" - but just had a customer surface the need to add a logo to their Sign notifications, which would escalate the urgency to complete and return the document to the next signature.

Box Sign - Email Settings - Ability to receive email notifications when a signer has viewed /opened the document.

When I upload Excel to BoxSign, I want it to become PDF as per the print settings of Excel.
When I upload Excel to BoxSign, I want it to become PDF as per the print settings of Excel.
For Example, a file created in Excel with the print settings set to A4 becomes 2page PDF files when uploaded to BoxSign.
This can be avoided by converting the files to PDF before uploading them to BoxSign, but if all the files are converted and then uploaded, the man-hours and number of files increases, which raises concerns about operational efficiency and data management, so we would like to see improvements.ExcelをBoxSignにアップロードした際Excelの印刷設定通りにPDFになるようにして欲しい

Box Sign- Template Migration from other e-signature solutions (DocuSign, Adobe etc)
Provide a migration flow/tool that will allow customers to migrate templates from existing e-signature solution (docusign, adobe sign) to Box Sign.

Signature timestamping on the document in Box Sign
Is it possible to have the signature show it's time stamp, similar to DocuSign/Adobe when signing the document? This will help with some legal departments refusing digital signatures that aren't from those software.
