box sign action from ipad
I would like to have a box sign action from the box ipad app.
Approval/decline process (automated by box relay) can be made directly from the box app but there is no action to submit a box sign request from the app.1 vote -
Option to not allow signer to re-assign document to someone else.
Currently a signer can reassign a BoxSign document to any new email address. Would like an option where we can change that so the signer can NOT reassign a document to someone else.

Box Sign - Adding Shapes to the Signature Field
During the signing process in Box Sign, it would be beneficial if signers could insert shapes and arrows. In the case of approving drawings or designs, it becomes difficult to convey certain modifications with text alone. If signers could place objects such as shapes and arrows at any location, it would enable them to make comments or approvals specifying particular areas.

Box Sign owner alert for unsigned documents
While currently Box Sign can send an automated reminder to recipients to complete a document, there is no way to alert the author of the document that a particular document is languishing. It would be nice to be able to set an automatic alert to email the owner of a document after X days if it has not yet been signed, so that they can take whatever measures are needed.

Have a box sign template tag for 'receive a copy" recipients
It would be great if there was a box sign template tag to add recipient's to receive a copy of the signed document.
This would mean a template could have hardcoded recipients for a copy or provide the ability for a signer to add recipient's to get a copy.

If you approve a document without signing it with BoxSign, the PDF will not become a signed file.
I would like the PDF to be treated as a signed file even if a signature field is not used in BoxSign and a user with the role of Approver approves it.In some cases, a signature field may not be necessary because a log is kept even if approval is given.

After sending a signature request, allow the sender/admin to revise the request and change the signing order from Sequential to Parallel or Parallel to Sequential.

It would be nice to limit the characters allowed in a text field (either via the markup page or through a parameter in the template tags) (e.g. '[[t|1|m:1|limit:300]]). This way users can't type in an essay, typing OVER existing text already in the PDF

Box Sign Relay integration to collect approved documents without naming a specific SoureFolder
Extension Integration of Box Sign and Relay. Possibility to move all signed documents to a target folder. Currently, a specific source folder must be named. This means that it is currently not possible to forward all signed documents (regardless of where they were saved) to a central destination folder.

Salesforce Integration with CFR Part 11
if a CFR-enabled user is initiates a request from the SFDC integration, that request should be CFR-compliant.

Enabling Ready Sign Links for Part 11 CFR
Currently, if a CFR-enabled user created a template, all Ready-Sign Link requests that come from that template will not be CFR compliant as this is not enabled. If implemented, it would enable all templates that are created by a CFR enabled user to be CFR compliant.

Box Sign - Admin Setting "Require Box Login" On by Default
Hi, it would be nice if this feature could be pre-assigned for all signings. We use the function as an additional identification criterion. Most of our signings are between people with Box accounts.

Review Document button unreadable in desktop Outlook
When a sign request email is sent, the "Review Document" button renders as a black-and-blue square without any text in the desktop Outlook client (tested on Version 2401 build 17231.20194, but widely repeatable across our company). Downloading Pictures (a common fix for Outlook formatting issues) does not fix this issue.
Opening the same email in Outlook for Web, Outlook Mobile, Gmail, and other email clients renders the Review Document button correctly. Competitor products all render their equivalent of the Review Document button correctly in all variants of Outlook.
Given the prevalence of Outlook in corporate environments, this makes documents sent…

Box Sign - Combine Executed Signed Docs and Signature Log
Currently, when you send a document to be signed, the signed executed document and signature log are saved as separate files. It would be nice if the signed doc and signature log were one document and saved as an updated version of the original document. Currently, it turns 1 document into 3 documents, and clutters up the folders.

Box Sign requests default "my requests" folder
Box Sign requests default to save into a "my requests" folder for all users. We don't always need the sign request saved into our regular Box folder structure and having a separate place for each user to send their requests to would be more beneficial.

Send Box Sign requests on behalf of another person.
I would like to be able to have someone send a sign request on my behalf from my email address. I would like to be able to approve a document for signature, then have an Exec Asst send the request out as if it came from me.

Scheduling documents with Box Sign
It would be very beneficial for us to be able to schedule documents that require review and signature to be sent at a predetermined time. We use SIgn to send people involved in our investigations (higher ed Title IX) documents, so it is easier to preschedule things then have to do them at various times.

Feature to lock the signed document in Box automatically
Hi - Once a document is signed by all parties and when the signed version of document is generated, is there a way in settings we can make the signed document to be locked.
Once the document is signed, I can see the option to lock the document. Wondering if this could be done through settings and not manually every time a document is signed.
There should be a settings on the Box sign, which could make this automatic.

Ability for admin to configure expiry duration of open links that are sent to recipient's
Box Sign uses open links to distribute completed agreements to all recipients. This open link expires after 14 days. Some customers want to make this shorter or zero to protect sensitive information and some other customers want to make it longer as recipient's dont want to create accounts in order to access the agreement after the 14 day period.
Please add a feature in admin console so that the admin can decide the expiry period for their enterprise
