Box Sign - Admin Setting "Require Box Login" On by Default
Hi, it would be nice if this feature could be pre-assigned for all signings. We use the function as an additional identification criterion. Most of our signings are between people with Box accounts.

BOX Sign - Creating templates without attaching document
We use BOX sign for approval of signatures in all types of documents. It would be a nice feature to be able to create a template for each approver without having to upload a document when creating the template. The only why I can accomplish this right now is to upload a blank document in the template. Then when I use the template I have to replace the blank document with whatever document that we need approval.

Restrict Box Sign to internal use only

"My Sign Requests", "My Canvases" and "My Signed Documents" folders need to be restricted
"My Sign Requests", "My Canvases" and "My Signed Documents" folders are created as private folders technically by Box, without any admin intervention. When using a closed folder structure, these folders can still be used by users to build their own folder structures, as they become the owner of this folder. This counteracts the idea of a closed folder system and represents a massive security gap. Users can then build folder structures and content in our box instance without any control by the admin and share them with external users.
These technically generated folders must therefore be restricted accordingly, or admins…

Turn off the option to upload a signature and only request an actual signature.
We have experiences of people uploading images of driving licenses etc instead of actually signing their esign documents. This is not sufficient for our business, we require an actual signature but we are reliably informed that it is NOT possible to turn off the 'upload' option.... We see this as a very important element.

Show the time in the Date field of a signed Doc
The Box Sign Date field currently only displays the month/date/year. It would be great if it also had a time stamp. Currently I must go into the signing log to see the exact time the signature occurred.

Box Sign links in "completed" emails are insecure
Box Sign sends an email to a signer (subject "Completed: [name of document]") after all the documents have been signed. This link gives anyone with the link access to the document in question with no additional authentication (e.g. MFA, password, Box login) needed. This link ignores folder or Box Shield settings restricting the use of shared links and cannot be manually removed or expired. Email, without any additional protections, is not considered secure enough for transmittal of certain types of protected information (e.g. patient health information under HIPAA). Disable sending the Box sign declined notification email to all signers.
When customer sign the document using Box sign and later when the internal user decline to sign due to some internal business process issues , do not send the Box sign declined notification email to customers.

Box Sign - Add Notary | eNotary
Add the ability to have a document notarized. The notary needs to be invited by a signer and should include standard notary fields. Please see equivalent feature in DocuSign for reference.

Import/Store external own contacts to use regularly as recipients
This is where users have their own contact list with email addresses and want to use these regularly in unique documents rather than templates. The request is to import and maintain these so they can be easily looked up when adding the signers to send a document to.

Rows of logs of Sign show different level of file paths
Log of Sign Operations
The logs of Sign operations show either full paths or the lowest path only, for the same file.
If Box Sign were to export paths with the same level i.e. everything is in full paths, it'd be much easier to handle logs.

Add ability to include a Name for external Box Sign recipients
Would like ability to add a name for external parties when adding recipients to a sign request.
Currently for external sign recipients, we can only include their e-mail address. As a result, the name of the signer is not included the signing log file. With only an email address it can be difficult to identify the person that actually signed.
Note: Understand that the adding the Name field to a sign request will populate it on the signing log but looking to input this at the send stage.

Unique naming of a signed document during Bulk/Batch signing
Ability to set the file name of signed document by each employee during bulk/batch sign by appending the employee's email or something that can uniquely identify the signer like User Display name.

About BoxSign completion email
The email sent when BoxSign is completed includes the text "Recipients of this email can view and sign documents on your behalf." , so you can view it but not sign it. I would like you to correct this as it is inappropriate as a text for a completion email and may cause misunderstanding.

Box Sign should be approved by the Certificate Authority in Japan
Currently, Japanese law requires that minutes of board of directors meetings be sealed by an electronic signature service that has been approved by a certification authority.
However, Box Sign has not yet been approved by the Certification Authority.
In order to make further use of Box Sign, we'd like Box, Inc. to get approval for Box Sign from the Certification Authority.

View file that still on circular
Example I am the second number on the workflow of five signer in BoxSign, after I sign the document and the signing process still onprogress, I cannot view or download the document unless all the signer has been signed the document.
