   Display a storage display tracker from the All Files page for Enterprise Plans.

   Currently, if an organization has issued a storage limit cap, end users need to navigate to their account settings to see how much storage they have remaining. This request is to display the storage tracker directly from the All Files page (ex. - 15 GB out of 250 GB used). This will help users proactively review how much storage they have remaining

2. box relay

   Box Relay Processing Delay

   Our client experienced significant delay in Box Relay Processing.
   This Relay assigns task to user after previous task was completed, but it took about 3 hous to do that after previous task was completed.

5. Prefill company, email, name and date field in the document automatically when BOX a user that is connected signs a document

   Some people, have a lot of documents to sign . It will greatly speed up the process if some fields are prefilled in the document to sign ,if the signer is connected to his BOX account when signing the document: name, date, company, email. That information is available in BOX

   Today, they have to fill those fields manually. Only the signature and initials can be adopted. It is hindering adoption

7. Release a new Sign template that does not pin documents to prevent file duplication

   Box Sign allows the creation of templates that replace the underlying document within a signature request / template while keeping the existing field placeholders in place.
   However, using a different document than the pre-set document will result in duplicate files identical to the original document in the destination folder of the Sign document.
   This means that one unnecessary file is generated each time the template is used once.
   If a template is used 100 times, there can be as many as 100 unnecessary files!
   Of course, this will not occur if no files are replaced. However, it is common to replace an existing document with another and use the Sign template.

   What we really need is a Sign template with the following items set without the documents.
   -Signatures & Fields
   -Recipients
   -The save location

   *The save location should be freely specified, not be the same as the template storage folder.

   In Japanese：
   Signでは、既存のフィールド・プレースホルダーを保持したまま、署名リクエスト/テンプレート内の基礎となるドキュメントを置き換えるテンプレートを作成することができます。
   しかし、事前にセットされたドキュメントとは異なるドキュメントを使用することで、保存先フォルダに元の文書と同じファイルが重複して作成されます。
   これは、テンプレートが1回使用されるたびに、不要なファイルが1つ生成されることを意味します。テンプレートが100回使用されれば、不要なファイルは100個にもなります！

8. Visual confirmation in webapp for which Zone content is stored in

   Some customers require end user and audit confirmation that specific content is stored in a specific Zone. This can easily be confirmed if this content has some type of in-app designation (maybe another piece of information in the 'Details' tab of the webapp) that confirms which Zone a folder/file is stored in. Since this tab is already displaying file/folder info, this should be able to be included with the same API call the webapp makes to Box.

12. Exclude file movement in Box Drive from Box shield's anomalous download detection

    When I move a folder with multiple files stored in Box Drive, Box Shield's anomalous download detection works.
    Since the purpose of the detection of anomalous download is to detect downloads that are taken out of the system, this specification is not the behavior we are looking for.
    Therefore, I would like to see Box Shield exclude moving files in Box Drive from the detection of anomalous download.

    Box Driveで複数ファイルが格納されているフォルダを移動すると、Box Shieldの「異常なダウンロード」検知が動作してしまいます。

    It would be very helpful to be able to include helpful links to other apps or websites we use in a Hub.     We would like to request an improvement in the synchronization speed between Box Web UI and BoxDrive so that they can be synchronized within 5 seconds.
    Our investigation of the synchronization speed is based on the following items.

    Pattern (3) Upload to Box Drive and check the screen update on WebUI: Result: No automatic update even after waiting for more than 5 minutes.
    Pattern (5) Delete the file on WebUI and check the update on Box Drive: Result: 20 seconds
    Pattern 6: Delete the file on the Box Drive and check for updates on the WebUI: result: 3 minutes
    Pattern ⑦ Delete the file on Box Drive and confirm the update on Box Drive on the other terminal: result 16 sec.
    Pattern ⑧ Edit the file on WebUI and confirm the update on Box Drive: result: 10 seconds
    Pattern (9) Edit the file on Box Drive and confirm the update on WebUI: result: 52 sec.
    Pattern ⑩ Edit on Box Drive and confirm updates on Box Drive on another terminal: Result 2 min 10 sec

    We are aware that the synchronization method differs from that of other companies' products, but all of the other companies' products complete the process within 5 seconds.

    We would like to request that you improve the synchronization speed, as a slow synchronization speed is not convenient for users and can lead to shadow IT.

    We usually use Box Sign to conduct our business.
    We are considering using Box Sign to approve and sign minutes of board of directors meetings, etc., and to submit the minutes signed with Box Sign as an attachment when registering with the Legal Affairs Bureau.

    We have confirmed that when collaborating as a group rather than as a direct collaborator, the content card behaves differently than described in the article.
    After investigating with your company (Box), we were told that content card behavior for group invitations is not currently supported.

    　　　　TeamsチャネルまたはチャットでBoxから共有リンクを投稿するには:
    　　　　5.アクセス権限を付与すると、カードは更新され、ファイルの詳細を含むコンテンツカードが表示されます。

    　　　実際の動作：
    　　　　アクセス権限を付与しようとすると「応答がアプリに送信されました」と表示されるものの、
    　　　　カードは更新されず、権限付与するためのカードが表示され続けたままの状態となる。
    　　　　※投稿したBoxの共有リンク自体は、相手方に送信でき、相手方も受信できていることを確認済み。

    　　2.同じ操作にもかかわらず、コンテンツカードに表示されるアクセスできないチャットメンバー数に差異が生じる場合がある

    　　　記事の内容：
    　　　　チャネルとチャットの相違点
    　　　　・チャットメッセージでファイルを共有すると、アクセスできないチャットメンバーの具体的な数が表示されます (これは、チャネルメッセージでは表示されません)。
    　　　 　ファイルへのアクセスをメンバーに許可すると、そのメンバーはコラボレータになります (チャネルメンバーの場合は、ファイルへのアクセスを許可するだけです)。
    　　
    　　　前提：
    　　　　・送信者、送信先A、送信先Bは、同一グループに所属している
    　　　　・3名とも共有リンクのフォルダにはグループとして招待されており、直接的なコラボレータではない
    　　　　・グループとして編集者権限はある

    　　　実際の動作：
    　　　　・送信者⇒送信先Aにチャットを送信した場合：コンテンツカードに「2人のユーザーが共有したこのファイルを表示できません」と表示される。
    　　　　・送信者⇒送信先Bにチャットを送信した場合：コンテンツカードに「1人のユーザーが共有したこのファイルを表示できません」と表示される。

    We have confirmed that when collaborating as a group rather than as a direct collaborator, the content card behaves differently than described in the article.
    After investigating with your company (Box), we were told that content card behavior for group invitations is not currently supported.
    Therefore, to avoid confusion for users, we would like you to take the following action.

    　　1.The article should clearly state that the operation of content cards for group invitations is not currently supported.
    　　2.In the future, we would like to see content cards for group invitations also be supported.
