The Content Search results also need to be able to select/goto a specific page from the pages generated (as is available in other locations in listed items with multiple pages)

Ie user should be able to click on 'Page 1 of 259' and see a dropdown of numbers 1 to 259, and select any, or type the page number.

Currently it's impossible to display the most recent content results, without scrolling through all the pages!!

Once the sort by columns options is added, the equivalent of page sorting will be available by sorting on date order (descending)

I'd like to suggest that there be an option in Box Admin, for each Co-admin to store a 'default' user admin report date range. eg from 01/01/2023 to date, or 'last 3 months' etc

As a Co-admin deletes a user's Box account, it should trigger a scheduled/overnight report to run for that period for the user's account that is being deleted.

That report, on completion, would be available in the co-admin's Box reports folder, in same way as other reports that are run.

This avoids a) co-admins having to request Box Support to restore deleted Box accounts, and b) provides an audit report for leavers, in case needed in subsequent investigations/searches

Two weeks to go to the 3rd anniversary of this pulse idea's share by moderator. Rather, this is a major bug - an identification of security flaw which prevents the collaboration of folder content to more than one 3rd party/client at a time. This loophole should have been resolved before spending time on some new features.

Please can you update us all on the status of this request for change - particularly as it relates to security and makes the current feature of sharing with 3rd parties incomplete (allows them to see other users names in Version History etc).

We were advised that it was being considered - yet the last note here from Box/Moderator is April 2020!!

SECURITY ALERT!! The purpose of a folder's Privacy settings (Collaborators) "Hide collaborators and their activity from non-owners" is for (and I quote) "only the folder owner and co-owners will be able to view collaborators and their activity in the folder".

This is not the case - because, unlike in other areas where a name or email address is replaced by "Someone", when a collaborator views the File Version History, for a file uploaded or edited by someone else, it STILL shows the other collaborator's name - contrary to the Privacy Setting.

In other words, this feature currently does not anonymize any names shown in the Version History. The names of any non-owner collaborators who upload a new version will be visible to other collaborators in the file's Version history.

Box should urgently rectify this, replacing the collaborator's name with "Someone"

Box should also move the 'Commenting' section of folder settings to BELOW Privacy, and highlight the possible need to disable Commenting also when collaborating with 3rd parties/clients

Whilst I would not necessarily wish to hide comments, tasks and version history in these circumstances, Box SHOULD hide ALL the names and email addresses associated with collaborators when the Privacy settings are ticked to 'Hide collaborators and their activity from non-owners'. In this regard, the Privacy settings are NOT doing this - with regard to a) being able to see collaborators details in File Version History, and b) being able to add a comment, and type @A ... or @B.... through to @Z.... and being able to identify other collaborators (because Box offers the name(s) when typing @.. in comments

I am creating a SPECIFIC suggestion/bug that failing to hide collaborator details in File Version History (by replacing name with "Someone") defeats the object of the Privacy feature

I've also voted for this, however, please note that the Windows Ctrl Z (undo) and Ctrl Y (redo), do actually work whilst in a Box Note..... would still prefer button(s) to remind me though :)

The alternative to this, is that EVERY Report run is SAVED to give it a name :( and change the parameters when a new report of the same type is required

I totally agree - to assist with resolving our own customers queries, it is sometimes necessary to run several User Activity or Collaborations reports in the same day.

The folder is created prior to report being completed, but if we amend the folder name to include, say, our customer's name and, say, an IT Support reference, Box does NOT use the folder, and creates a new one.

Having to open similarly named folders and the csv file to remember why the report was run/requested ... is annoying....

Why can't the option to give SAVED reports a name not be extended to, say, add 20 characters free text to both the report folder name and the csv filename ???

Depending on the location in Box (Web), and the screen size used to display the Box (Web), content displayed in columns does not display the full content - it truncates instead.

For example, in Box Admin\Reports\ Report status screen, there are 4 columns - Report type, Generated by, Updated, Status, Notes

When displayed on a 25" monitor, the Updated column displays the full Date, Time correctly in Google Chrome with display at 75% - ie Jan 19, 2023, 1:17PM GMT

Still at 75% on a 24" monitor, the last part of date is truncated

On a laptop 14" monitor, it is necessary to reduce the Zoom to 33%!! to display the full date

In ALL LOCATIONS of Box Web. where data/content is listed in table format, either a) Column Widths should be adjustable, or b) content is WRAPPED, or c) hovering over the content displays the whole content (as does on some report outputs)

The Folder Path should ALSO be displayed in Bin, whilst using Box Admin, viewing a user's Box account Bin

Totally agree - whether intentionally or unintentionally, users may delete large quantities of files and folders, and it not be noticed for days, weeks or months.

Having user Box Admin/Reports to identify content moved/deleted/etc from a particular folder, it is crucial that ONLY that content is restored, either by Box Admin going into the Box account of the user who deleted the content, and restoring; or by doing so as the Data Owner

Because file/folder content can be the same in different folder locations, it is critical to identify the folder path before restoring content

It would ALSO be useful for this Folder Path column to be SORTABLE and FILTER on
