    I'd be a favor of this idea as I have more or less the same issue. We'd like to have a metadata structure with sublevels, thus allowing us to search for information once for all. In our case, we are one industrial Group with several BUs and activities. Template could be LEVEL 1 "BU", LEVELS 2 "HR", "SALES", "TECHNICAL", and then you'd have the keys. That way you could search for a document concerning both HR and MARKETING at the same time. Currently you can't.

    You have your list of recent files and you don't want to click on the file to preview it and add it to the favorites or any collection. You want to be able to drag it directly to the favorites / collection instead

    Thanks for the feedback. Currently, collections are sorted by 1) Favorites and 2) personal Collections in alphabetical order. We do not have plans currently to allow renaming items or sorting order.

    Thanks for the suggestion! We are looking at how to improve content sprawl on Drive. We will be considering Collections as a possible path (among other options), but don’t have a change planned in the near-term.

    That would be great as is is a pain to have to switch all the time between Box WEB and BOX DRIVE. That feature should also be available in the Box for Office plugin.
