    This is the great idea.
    A beginner users who are accustomed to a legacy server prefer a hierarchical structure.
    Therefore, it stays at Box Drive forever after start using Box.
    By implementing this function on the Web UI, it is possible to guide many users who are biased toward using Box Drive to various functions of the Box Web application.

    Totally Agree. Sometimes, this make confusion the other user as if seem the file has gone.
    additionally, newer file name overwriting also make confuse.
    At least this should be given to user's choice. also this can be avoid since giving notice to the uploader who careless on that time.

    Definitely understand why our customers ask this and agree it would be useful.

    However, it is a fairly large amount of work to get this implemented and I am not sure it would be used often.

    I am going to mark it as “Not Planned” right now, but if we hear this request come up more often, we can review adding it to the backlog.

    Thanks for the feedback. Currently, collections are sorted by 1) Favorites and 2) personal Collections in alphabetical order. We do not have plans currently to allow renaming items or sorting order.

In an effort to modernize our application, we have made significant updates to our Web product to ensure that we improve our user experience while retaining custom branding for customers. Given that this feedback is related to user preference, we will continue to monitor if users continue to feel strongly about this. At this time, we do not plan to change this experience.

    Thank you for the suggestion. We currently do not have this planned on our roadmap. We will place this in our backlog as we continue evaluating ideas to improve Box Drive.
