Thank you for this suggestion. I understand the use case. However, we do not plan to accommodate that level of customization at this time.

We are not currently planning to implement this feature within search. Containing folder information will continue to be available through file previews and in the browse view.

Box for Office automatically locks a file when it’s being worked on. We don’t currently have plans to do this or Box Edit.

We have made the text for long folder names wrap in the Edit Shared Folders view, so cut off folder names with a company or department prefix should no longer be a problem.
However, we have not made the folders name column on the page sortable and don’t currently have plans to make this sortable.

I absolutely +1 this. Also, there's only a 20-char limit on the folder name in this UI so once you've applied a bunch of folders to a group, if they all start with a similar name - e.g., a company or department prefix - there's no way to know what folder it is. So it would be great if that field were expandable and sortable, or at least a mouseover to show the whole folder name.

This suggestion is not under consideration for the current or future roadmap. We are currently focusing on improving the performance and user interface to manage users in the Users & Groups tab before we add enhancements to group bulk operations. We will provide an update in the next few quarters.

Mounting Box as a letter drive is not currently on the roadmap. As a workaround, we are enabling the ability to customize the Box location so you can place it under a different HD partition. More details can be found here: https://pulse.box.com/admin/v3#ng!/suggestions/35982937

This is a feature we would love to get to, but unfortunately it is not on our short term roadmap. Please continue adding your feedback!

We would also like to see some ability to further customize the SSO login screen.
Since we enabled SSO with Okta, we are finding that external users often click on the CONTINUE button from shared links instead of “Not a part of [company name]?” They then attempt to log in on our Okta login page and fail, of course, and then contact the sharer who then often punts the question to me or our IT support team. We've customized the message that sits below that section but I think since the CONTINUE button is placed so prominently at the top, they're disinclined to scroll down to read instructions and instead just click that to proceed.
Another option....how about considering just re-working that screen to make it more intuitive by default for external vs. company users. How about two big buttons side-by-side that are clearly marked "Click here if you are with [Company]" "Click here if you are NOT with [Company]" or something like that. If they're side by side, folks might be more inclined to make the correct choice.
