    This is a very common technique on systems that have multiple pages. We have folders for each of our clients and it spans 10 pages (even at 100 per page). With new clients being added all the time, it is impossible for users to "remember" what page they were on (or to even see if the folder has been added). The jump list is standard in virtually any system with paging.
