An error occurred while saving the comment AdminH.K (Admin, Box) commentedThis would apply not just to Japanese but any other languages.
To elaborate, when an inviting user is using certain language and if the invited collaborator doesn't have Box account, collaboration email will be sent with the language used by the inviting user. This makes collaboration difficult for some enterprises running business globally, thus options like ability to select language at the time of collaboration is requested.

Instead of “require password” security control, we intend to support “Require OTP” requirement for public links (via SMS, Email, or TOTP). I wanted to share where we are headed. We do not plan on delivering this ask as is, but we do intend to solve the security use case behind it.
Please comment if you disagree.
An error occurred while saving the comment AdminH.K (Admin, Box) commentedIn certain regions (i.e. Japan), most enterprises are required to password protect any email attachments by default. Box's open shared links are a great replacement for the email attachments (and more secure with ability to disable at any time), but would require enterprise settings to enforce users to password protect the shared links by default.
An error occurred while saving the comment AdminH.K (Admin, Box) commentedI believe this pulse was raised to make sure enterprise can automatically protect their public shared links with password by default. With such feature, enterprise can protect/restrict access to their shared links only to those who are authorized, even those people accessing doesn't have or couldn't create Box accounts.
If suggested "Require OTP" enhancement is only for a user verification and logging purposes, kindly continue to consider providing an option to restrict open shared links with password protection by default.

Thanks for the suggestion! We are looking at how to improve content sprawl on Drive. We will be considering Collections as a possible path (among other options), but don’t have a change planned in the near-term.

Thank you for the suggestion. We currently do not have this planned on our roadmap. We will place this in our backlog as we continue evaluating ideas to improve Box Drive.
Please keep the feedback & use cases coming to help us prioritize this in the future!
An error occurred while saving the comment AdminH.K (Admin, Box) commented"external folder" that I've mentioned here means Box folder owned by unmanaged user (grey folder).
Also, this feedback shall includes the use case where user drag & drop (or copy/move) local files on the PC to the grey folder in Box Drive as well.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminH.K (Admin, Box) commentedUser Events in an external folder which is available through the API should also be available in the user activity report.
Especially, User Events (copy, move, upload) taken by their managed users from their EID (or their PC) into outbound collaborated folder (grey folder).AdminH.K (Admin, Box) supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminH.K (Admin, Box) commentedThis is very useful, especially some admins wants to hide some externally collaborated folders (i.e. grey folders) from the users to prevent any accidents, such as accidental drag & drop of desktop items into external folder in Box Drive.

Thank you for your comment. I believe "Saving Filters' would raise the usability, however, it would not solve this particular use case as Admins would still need to input files/folders/users/groups manually by typing or clicking, if there are tens or hundreds to be specified.
Perhaps, allowing Admins to specify filters for User Activity report by inputing comma separated file/folder/user/group IDs could be a potential workaround.
