  1. Box Forms - Ability to add pictures to the checkbox options

    Please add the ability to add an image to the checkbox options. See attached image of MS Forms feature for reference.

  2. Increase Box Form fields limitation from 100 to 200

    A community & human services customer is wanting to digitize their forms into box, but are limited to 100 fields, they would like this to be increased to at least 150-200 fields.

    These are Individual fields - they need the information from each member of the household which multiples the number of fields on the form
