  2. Is there a way to visually present the Box file structure as in a flow-chart? or the box folder structure be downloaded as an excel file?

    This is currently possible per-user from Admin Console > Content > Users, right click and select Export to get the list of folders and files in MS Excel format.
    It is also possible to use Box API, particularly https://developer.box.com/reference/resources/folder/, and create a simple crawling mechanism to pull all folders.
