It's madness given it is 2025 that A) this hasn't been addressed since 2019 when first raised and B) where phishing is so prevalent and we train our staff to report suspicious emails where the display name does not match the email address. I shouldn't have to change our user culture. This is issue cannot be so difficult to resolve given that Box already use “Box Updates - noreply@box.com” for some notifications.
