    I was able to fix this issue once years ago when I had all our users get into their Box Drive folders at the same time, everyone changed their views to the same view, and everyone used Windows Explorer>View>Options>View>"Apply to Folders." The view setting stuck for 2 years until we added one new user. Now everyone's view settings are thrown off and all users have to change the view setting in every folder every single time. I do this literally 100 times a day because our filenames are longer than can be displayed in "Details" view. I don't want to cancel Box but holy cow over such a minor issue, but it becomes insanely aggravating when you realize every time you would double-click through a folder structure you actually have to change view settings (Ctrl-Shift-5) and then double-click. So many aggregated keystrokes.
