    This capability is available on macOS. For Windows users, we are working on the Box Drive Cloud Files version, which addresses this issue due to its completely different architecture. Please see more details here

    The search function is appallingly bad. I have a large number of files on Box and for some reason Box Drive stopped indexing them, so I cannot even use Box's search tool now, let alone the native Mac search tool. The native search tool works quite easily with Dropbox, but my institution uses Box.
