    I've been invited again to add to this conversation, but my comment directly below covers off the scenario adequately, and for whatever reason continues to post anonymously.

    the Trash folder from a user point of view (and also the Admin console) is just a random list of files and folders that offers virtually no functionality for ordering or organising content to be able to find specific items in any meaningful way. Users and admins either need to scan through pages of lists to hopefully recognise the item or use a search on the assumption they know or can remember the item name.

    This fundamentally contradicts the logic and use of normal or 'non-deleted' content where users organise content into related groups -by folder, as has been the case since personal computers were invented, and is the principle applied on PCs regardless of OS.

    So Box has a retrieval system that doesn't replicate the typical use of every user.

    management of files/folders in large quantity is next to impossible. Admin colsole file recovery process and options needs dramatic improvement
