    Hi! In our latest report enhancement, we added 2 columns: Owner ID and Reason for Hold.

    “Reason for Hold” will show either collaborator or owner for custodian-based legal hold.

  2. Governance Tracking Report - report that displays all folders (and owners) and their associated retention policy

    Every file version under retention is immutable. The customer can also use the event stream to understand what version their users and external users accessed.
