Transfering ownership of Relay workflow
If a workflow "owner" isn't functioning within the process where he is responsible for the flow anylonger (He is still within the organisation and so should not be decommissioned), Relay should allow transfer of that specific workflow to another member of the team rather can creating a new workflow.
1 voteThe ability to transfer your workflow to another user is now available. Please refer to this article for more details: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402945686291-Transferring-Your-Workflow-to-Another-User

When two approvers are to complete task, it needs to be approved by both in order to move to next step
Would be good to have the option to have one out of the two to approve, completing the workflow

Change wording of "Complete Task" in "Add Content" tasks to be "Initiate Task"
Build a template where Step 1 is "Add Content."
In order to actually Upload a File, you need to click on the "Complete Task" button before the upload file widget appears.
This is not intuitive to the user and the wording makes it sound like you are actually done with the task versus initiating the upload step.
I recommend updating the verbiage of the "Complete Task" green button to instead say "Initiate Task"

To be able to "edit" the comment after adding a task
After adding a task, it is possible to edit the comment via UI. But this function more like a "rewrite" because the original comment is displayed as "hint", once you enter something the whole original comment would dissappear.
1 voteGood call, thanks. We will ship this with the Task Inbox

Increase Automations limit to 2,000
We use Box workflow automations for all of our accounts payable processes with our clients. There are nine distinct processes that require workflows, so that means nine workflows per client. We have over 100 clients, so we are almost at 1000 workflows already.
Whenever we bring a new client on board, we automatically create nine new workflows.

Set content uploader as the workflow owner for auto-start templates
For workflows that are set to auto-start upon content upload, you currently have to set a specific user as the workflow owner in the template. It would be helpful to have the content uploader become the workflow owner in some scenarios.
For example, employee onboarding - I want the workflow owner to be the hiring manager that uploads their new hire's checklist, rather than a set person in HR.

You can add people from the active workflow dashboard. Click “share this workflow,” similar to Box

Automatic notifications of the workflow
The system doesn't allow the ability to change or edit workflows created by another person. So, if a person creates a workflow and then leaves a company, all the notifications go to the new person included in the system.
0 votesThis feature allows runtime changes by the workflow owner or enterprise admin. Thanks!
