  2. See full group name or folder name within admin console when assigning groups and folders to new user

    Want to see full group or folder name when assigning them to new users. Sometimes shows part of it when hovering over it but based on naming conventions they need to see the full thing.

  4. Option to give co-admin billing tab

    We would like to be able to give one of our co-admins access to the billing tab in the admin console w/o making them the primary admin.

    You can select the co-admin permission “View settings and apps for your company” and the co-admin will have access to the Account & Billing tab as well as Enterprise Settings

  5. Support Contact Info under Custom Setup

    Support site URL only allows admins to input lowercase letters. The error message is generic and says 'Invalid URL format' which caused some confusion for the admin. Might be helpful to make this requirement more clear since uppercase letters were permitted in the old custom setup.

  7. Update the Managed User Report with sortable date fields instead of text fields

    The managed user report that is exportable from the managed users tab of the admin console shows date columns as text fields, which makes it impossible to sort by date.

  11. User management very slow at scale

    Overall the Admin Console is slow especially with searching for/updating a user profile. In some cases it can take about 2-3 minutes to find, update and confirm a user's account was changed.

    Individually this hasn't created a problem, but over time it does add up. If it takes 30 seconds to look up a user, another minute to update a user's account and then 30 more seconds to confirm the change, and you have to do this 50+ times a day that quickly adds up. I would like to see updating and confirming a user's account under 30 seconds total…

    We track by service (API key). This functionality already exists in both the Usage Logs and enterprise events API. The information is currently in the Details column but we will be making that information more prominent in the new redesign.
