Provide a safe way to re-verify already-registered domains
The only current self-service workaround is to delete and re-add a domain to trigger DNS verification. If the domain is already in active use, this carries a risk of operational disruption. We request a way to re-verify a registered domain without removing it, eliminating this risk.
This would allow admins to resolve verification issues more quickly and safely, without introducing unnecessary risk into the production environment.

Make it clear whether a registered domain has been DNS-verified
Unfortunately, domains specified at the time of tenant creation are not recognized as verified domains, and therefore all unmanaged users under that corporate domain may fail to appear as unmanaged users. On top of that, admins cannot distinguish this state from the Admin Console, which leaves us continuously exposed to the risk of free accounts. This is a very serious and disappointing limitation, so we would like this state to be clearly identifiable.
Requested enhancement:
- Clearly distinguish initially registered domains from DNS-verified domains in the Admin Console.

Do not display “Box Login” from “Required Recipient Authentication” for Enterprise and lower-tier plans
The "Box Login" option for additional recipient authentication in Box Sign is not available for Enterprise and lower-tier plans.
However, even on these plans, “Box Login” is displayed under Enterprise Settings > Box Sign > Required Recipient Authentication.Displaying an unavailable feature may cause confusion for administrators and users.
We request an improvement so that “Box Login” is not displayed for subscription plans at or below Enterprise.（日本語訳）

Enable Device Trust for Co-Administrators as Well
Under the current specification, device trust is not applied to administrators and co-administrators to prevent them from being accidentally locked out of the management console.
Because co-administrators have higher privileges than regular users, they can freely access the console from personal PCs and other unmanaged devices, which raises concerns about the risk of information leakage.
From a security perspective, we would like to request the implementation of a feature that allows administrators to choose whether to apply device trust to co-administrators (“enable” or “disable”).件名：共同管理者に対してもデバイストラストを適用可能にする

filter for inactive users
Enable filtering by Status on the Managed Users screen. When auditing user accounts it would be very helpful to filter to inactive users only and take appropriate action on those accounts. Currently you are required to scroll through the entire user list and pick out the inactive accounts. After you take action on an account, you have to start at the top of the page again when you want to find the next inactive user.

Network Connectivity Insights in Admin Console
As an Admin, it would be useful to have network/connectivity insights available in the Admin Console for the identification of slow speeds / network issues across the tenant.
This would allow the proactive investigation into network issues such as slow uploads/downloads and office-specific issues.

The ability to search by creator when searching workflows in the “Relay” section of the management console
The administrator will check whether there are any problems with the workflow settings owned by each user, and if there are any problems, they may discuss with the user what needs to be corrected.
Currently, workflows can be searched by name, but users cannot view a list of workflows they individually maintain, which lacks convenience.

I want to set separate sharing restrictions for AI Home and Box Automate in [Additional collaboration configuration].
Due to our policy of not allowing end users to invite collaborators, we have configured [Additional collaboration configuration] to [Restrict all collaboration and shared links] in order to deploy AI Home. While this setting is effective for deploying AI Home, it also restricts sharing in Box Automate, which prevents other users from running workflows whose trigger is set to [Manual Start].

Granular Control of Invites
Currently, there is a single option in Enterprise Settings for Content & Sharing to restrict who can invite collaborators and add content to a Hub.
These should be individual settings: One for who can invite collaborators and one for who can add to a Hub.
Additionally, co-admins should be able to override this setting on folders.

Limit the amount of data a user can delete
There have been repeated incidents where users accidentally delete large amounts of data from Box Drive. Each time, administrators are required to restore the data.
However, administrators cannot restore the data until the deletion process is fully completed, and even then, the restoration takes as much time as the deletion, which disrupts business operations.We would like to set an upper limit on the amount of data that users (other than Box administrators and co-administrators) can delete at one time, in order to prevent users from accidentally deleting large amounts of data.

Export or download a snapshot of current admin configuration
Provide a method, by web UI or by API, to download or export a human-readable comprehensive snapshot of the current admin configuration.
Problems this would solve:
1. When working with Box Support, admins now may have to self-report current configuration state. This process is subject to human error. Instead, an exported snapshot would allow admins to provide an inherently valid representation of the current state.
2. Today, Box Reporting can produce records of change events, but for the admin tracking these, there's no record of the prior state. With this new feature, admins could archive point-in-time snapshots of the state…1 vote -
User Impersonation Fails Without Explaining That Updated Terms Need Acceptance
When impersonating a user who needs to accept updated Terms of Service, Box simply displays “failed to load content.” There’s no explanation of the actual issue or how to resolve it.
I learned the hard way that I had to log in directly to the account and accept the updated terms before impersonation would work. The error gave me no reason to know that was the required fix.
Please handle this gracefully. Clearly state that the user needs to accept updated terms through a direct login before impersonation can continue. A generic loading failure leaves admins guessing what’s wrong and…

Content Manager collaborator visibility when folders hidden for collaborators
As Administrators, we anticipate the visibility of all collaborators in every folder within the Box Content Manager.
When a folder is configured to "Hide collaborators and their activity from non-owners," even Administrators utilizing the Content Manager are unable to view the collaborators (without notification), which complicates the troubleshooting process.
For instance, a folder may contain numerous collaborators, yet it remains invisible under the Manage Collaborators menu. Administrators should have access to all collaborative information; this is an essential aspect of their responsibilities. Additionally, the majority of Administrators are unaware of this issue.

"RemoveMake Primary" should be "Remove/Make Primary"
When I tried to change my billing credit card, I fould the word "RemoveMake Primary" which is linked in blue. In clicking on the word several times, I found out that there are two links one is the link to remove and the other is to make primary. I think the word should be "Remove/Make Primary" in order to make those two functions distinct.

Delete developer app authorization in the Admin Console
It would be helpful to add the ability to delete (server) App Authorization without being required to contact support. Currently when in the Admin Console > Integrations > Platform Apps Manager > View > Delete App, it will pull up a message requiring Box Support to be contacted to remove the App Authorization. It would be nice to be able to do this without all the extra steps.

Add co-admin roles or templates
Add co-admin roles or templates. We have multiple groups who need co-admin access. Would be very helpful to have a role that is used to give permissions to an entire team. If a new permission is added, just update the main role\template and the entire team gets updated. Currently I have to go through each individual to change a permission for an entire team.

En Configuración de cuenta → Autenticación aparece “No se ha creado ninguna contraseña”. Al seleccionar “Crear contraseña” aparece “Se ha producido un problema al cambiar la contraseña”. Ya hice el restablecimiento de contraseña mediante el enlace de Box, pero la cuenta sigue sin reconocer una contraseña y al iniciar sesión continúa redirigiéndome a Google. Necesito que habiliten/corrijan la contraseña de Box para esta cuenta.

Restore Client ID Visibility for Platform Apps
A recent update to the Box UI moved all applications into the “Platform” section of the Admin Console. With this change, the ability to search by Client ID appears to have been removed, and only the application name or Box app owner is shown in the details view.
For larger environments like ours, this will impact efficiency. We manage thousands of custom apps, and Client ID search has been a critical method for quickly searching, reviewing and approving or denying box custom app requests.

Groups with external users: Allow external email addresses to be added to a group, making it easier to invite external agencies and grant them access to files. The goal would be to create a group for users from the same agency, including users with free Box accounts.
