Limit the amount of data a user can delete
There have been repeated incidents where users accidentally delete large amounts of data from Box Drive. Each time, administrators are required to restore the data.
However, administrators cannot restore the data until the deletion process is fully completed, and even then, the restoration takes as much time as the deletion, which disrupts business operations.We would like to set an upper limit on the amount of data that users (other than Box administrators and co-administrators) can delete at one time, in order to prevent users from accidentally deleting large amounts of data.

Box Driveでユーザーが誤って大量のデータを削除してしまう事件が繰り返し発生しています。そのたびに管理者がデータを復元する必要があります。しかし、管理者は削除処理が完全に終了するまでデータを復元することができず、さらに復元にも削除と同じくらいの時間がかかるため、業務の妨げとなっています。ユーザー（Box管理者および共同管理者以外）が一度に削除できるデータ容量の上限を設定することで、ユーザーが誤って大量のデータを削除してしまうことを防ぎたいと考えています。

Content Insights reports cannot be output if there are restrictions on content creation.

There is a function to export Content Insights access statistics, but if you restrict content creation and prohibit the creation of first-level folders, you will not be able to export it.
Currently, there are many cases in which system administrators are required to respond to requests, which places a heavy burden on both administrators and users, and hinders the use of content insights.
Please enable output even in tenants that have restrictions on content creation, such as specifying the report output destination or outputting to a local file.
コンテンツ作成の制限が入っているとコンテンツインサイトのレポートが出力出来ない
コンテンツインサイトのアクセス統計情報をエクスポートという機能がありますが、コンテンツ作成の制限をして第一レベルのフォルダの作成を禁止している場合は出力ができません。
現状だとシステム管理者に依頼を受けて対応するケースが多く、管理者、利用者とも負荷が大きく、コンテンツインサイトの活用の阻害となっています。
レポートの出力先を指定する、ローカルにファイル出力するなどコンテンツ作成の制限が入っているテナントでも出力できるようにしてください。28 votes -
External collaboration Allow list per group
We would like to limit the external collaboration to allowed domains for a specific group not the entire tenant.
This is useful when the subsidiary company, especially a financial company, can have a limited external collaboration for security reason.106 votes -
Contract term display added to the "Accounts and Billing" screen on the Administration page
Currently, it is not possible to check the contract term on Box, and to do so, we must contact the sales agent.
We would like to see an improvement to the "Accounts and Billing" screen of the Management Console to add an indication of the contract period so that the administrator can check the contract period at any time, as is the case with trial tenants.＜管理画面の「アカウントと請求」画面に契約期間の表示を追加＞

Wants to find move operation from the source folder
User Activity report searches the destination folder which the file currently exists. However in move operation, the customer wants to search not only the destination folder but also the source folder.

When a new sandbox is created, automatically inherit the IP whitelist setting from the primary EID
When we created our primary EID, we needed to provide IP address ranges so we could restrict access to our enterprise instance of Box to only users from within our corporate network. Each time we create a new Sandbox we need to ask Box support to apply the same IP range. We would like the Sandbox EIDs to automatically inherit the whitelist settings from the primary EID. This will reduce any risks of a malicious individual potentially creating a new Sandbox and not configuring the restrictions so that it is only accessible from within our corporate network.

Exclude users from Single Sign On
The Single Sign On feature is currently an "all or none" setting and it would be nice to have the option to exclude certain users from the SSO requirement when enabled.

Password Expiration Notice "Prior to" the Date
We would like to see the message like: "Your password will be expired in 7 days". Currently, BOX asks us to reset our password on the day of expiration. This can be a problem especially when we are at airport and try to see box.
At the Admin console, we would like to see "0 day" or "7 days" as options.

A request is for search interface "Search Folders and FIles" of Admin Console, Report, User Activity Report, to only surface results which match File/Folder (Item) names and not Item content.

Export list of tags
We would like to be able to export of list of tags used in a given folder. Ideally, this would be in the form of a spreadsheet or Excel file that aligns tags to a file names. Also, a restricted tags list (i.e., “select only from the drop-down,” or words not on the approved tags list will not be able to be used) would be most helpful.

Hide Folder (and nested folders) in UI
When using Box for NetSuite V1 we were able to hide the entire NetSuite folder from the UI so that users could only access the content via the NetSuite UI. V2 doesn't have this option, which means that users can see any folders they were ever able to access in NetSuite, even if their permissions have since been restricted.
We should be able to have folders accessible through the NetSuite UI only.
