Fix accessibility of iOS app please
Please make the iOS app more accessible.
Issue: When navigating folders, focus is on the wrong folder and there is no way to fix it. To replicate, turn on VoiceOver and drag your finger over the folders to navigate and hear them read aloud, stopping before you get to the bottom of the page. Then swipe to navigate through the folders. By the time you get to the bottom of the first page's list, the focus is lost and the only way to get it back is to kill the app and restart it. Frustrating when you have multiple pages…

Open shared links on Box mobile app
When tapping an iOS icon tied to a Box shared link, the file should open immediately in the Box app instead of redirecting to the mobile web page where the user sees the option to "Open in Box App," "Download for free," "View on Box Mobile Site."

Support Intune MAM without MDM on Box for EMM
So the Apps on the devices that are managed by other MDM (i.e. MobileIron, AirWatch) could still be managed by Intune MAM.

Show list of collaborators on mobile devices
When inviting a collaborator on a mobile device on a file, the list of users does not appear as it does when inviting collaborators on a folder.
We would like to be able to see this same behavior on files on mobile since it works with folders on mobile and since it works for files on desktop.

Add Find in page ability in Mobile app
We'd like to add ctrl+F ability when previewing files in the mobile app.
The many use of box on my iPhone is to contain data in multiple locations so that I can look information up when I am not near my laptop. Many files are quite large and without a search feature, it is almost impossible to find the data. In the past, I have had to import the data downloaded by box into another app to search.

[android] Detailed information in transfers tab
In transfers tab, can we get information for:
- past uploads (eg last day)
- failed uploads (all, until successful)
- queued, pending transfers.This, mostly gives more detailed visibility for status on auto-upload settings - currently to verify if new files from auto-upload directory was synced,m we need manually check target directory and this can be tedious.
This should be extended to also manual transfers.

Mobile Search doesn't work well!
On the mobile app, I can type in the exact name of a folder or a file and search will not find it. Not sure why the algorithms are different between mobile and the web, but it is a huge usability barrier

Automatically upload iPhone photos to Box
Please provide the functionality of automatically syncing iPhone photos from camera roll to box drive through the iPhone mobile app itself.

Annotate PDFs within Box iOS app
We do not want to utilize a 3rd-party application like PDF expert.
10 votesThis feature is now available for users to annotate PDFs from the iOS application in free-form annotations. We will also soon be releasing additional capabilities to highlight a region of a document or specific text and add comments.

Auto-capture scanned image on timer or upon recognition.
Option to either automatically capture a scanned image when it's recognized (like Evernote or Evernote Scannable app) or on a timer (like the Dropbox app)

Supporting MAM Policies via InTune
With Intune MAM-WE turned on and enabled, Box is treated as a personal location thus content opened from Box > Word can then be saved to other personal accounts on the device. Under that scenario a save-as operation from Word to say a personal Box account creates an exfiltration path that may not logged from our side other than the initial interaction.
9 votesWe currently support Intune MAM policies in Box for EMM. Box for EMM requires an MDM to deploy it. For this reason, I’ll say we already support Intune MAM policies.

Slow when folder with many files/folders is being displayed in iOS App.
As it would take long time for the folder with many files/folders to get displayed, the ask is to improve performance to show folder content faster.

Capture in the native Box App
We would like to put together a mobile adoption plan but think it would easier for users to adopt mobile if Capture was not a secondary app, rather in the native app.

Ability to change resolution of video upon upload
We record long videos (1 hr+) of processes. We'd like to lower resolution of videos so they take up less space.

thank you for sharing this idea with us. This suggestion is an existing feature, to change video size please navigate to 'Settings' -> 'Continuous Capture' -> 'Video Quality' and choose desired option. Hope this is helpful.

Allow preview of either the latest 99 comments on a file or all comments
If a file has more than 100 comments on it, there are 2 issues at play:
1) the mobile app only displays 100 of the 100+ comments
2) of the 100 comments the mobile app does display, it shows the oldest 100 commentsIdeally the mobile app could display all existing comments (aka more than 100 comments). If this is not possible or too intensive a project, instead of displaying the oldest 100 comments it should instead at least display the latest/most recent 100 comments

Add Ability to @mention Collaborators when Added via Group
Currently, users cannot @mention collaborators when they've been added to the folder via a Group.
Request: Allow users to @mention collaborators, regardless of whether they've been individually added or added via a Group.
