We would like to find tasks completed by others in our Notifications Center. Right now, Tasks assigned to other users disappear from our list when the task is complete. We want to be able to see completed tasks.4 votes
You can now view a list of completed tasks in the Tasks Inbox. Click the clipboard icon on your Box homepage, then click “View All Tasks”. From there, you can choose a filter “My Tasks” or “Sent Tasks” to only those that have been completed.
Is there a way to see an overview of all the tasks needing attention in one location? Either per user or in general from a manager level watching tasks assigned to specific team members.5 votes
The new Tasks Center and Tasks Inbox are Generally Available as of June 2019. You can see a list of incomplete tasks assigned to you from the Tasks Center, or click through to the Tasks Inbox for additional filtering capabilities.
Adding a Due Date to a task gives a visual within the notification email & the activity slider. Could we add logic to this date where it will send out a reminder as past due and/or change the assignee’s name to red?5 votes

This suggestion has been delivered and is generally available (GA). You can find all open tasks assigned to you in the new Task Center. You can get to a list of all tasks you’ve ever been assigned (regardless of status), or all tasks you have assigned to someone else by clicking “View All Tasks” from the Task Center.
The task manager should be able to see in the comments the date and time when a task was completed or declined.4 votes

Box now sends reminder emails 24 hours before a task is due, as well as one when the task is overdue.
We may consider adding more granular controls in the future, based on feedback.

Thanks for the feedback. Tasks dates in the UI are localized based on your individual user language settings.
Whenever a task is assigned via an automation, that task is assigned by the main admin, who will also receive email notifications regarding the task.
Because this is done through automations, the admin will get flooded with emails about the task, which is not desirable in a large organization.1 vote
Tasks emails from Relay will now come from the person who created workflow, rather than the main company admin.
This is the same as reject status in new tasks0 votes
Rejected tasks logging has been delivered, and is now generally available in the User Activity reports.
