Enable True/False Metadata Mapping for Checkboxes and Radio Buttons in Box Forms

Today in Box Forms, checkbox and radio button inputs are not natively mapped to Boolean metadata fields (true/false or yes/no), which limits the ability to trigger workflows or create metadata-driven views based on user responses.Feature Request:
Allow checkboxes and radio buttons in Box Forms to map directly to Boolean metadata fields:If a checkbox is checked, metadata should reflect “true”; if unchecked, “false.”

Enhance Metadata Input Fields in Box Forms (Multi-line Support & Character Limit)

A customer is looking to migrate their FAQ management system from Microsoft Lists to Box. Their plan is to store the FAQ answers as metadata. User dropdown for Box Forms
In Box Forms it would be very convenient to have a User dropdown field.
Many of our workflows have a user fill out a form, which is then rendered into a document and sent for approval - and often, approvers are not static (e.g. their manager).
It would be very convenient if they could select another Box user with a similar experience to the collaboration dialog, or when you're adding to a Box Sign - a few characters from their name or email will show matching users. This field would then expose both the user's name and their email as…

Add Signature field to Box Forms
It would be helpful to be able to include a signature field for a Box form submission. In cases where a user submits a purchase request form, we'd like to also show that they have signed/approved the information being passed (which is something we currently do when a user fills out the form and signs before submission to the procurement team). Being able to include a signature field in the form would save users multiple steps and closely approximate the experience of filling out a form and signing it.

Form dropdown - Show big list of Values from Excel
How to manage long list of Items like Asset Number or Functional location Number into Form Drop Down?
If Drop Down functionality on the form can take Excel as Source then that can solve this issue and letting user search/filter from Drop Down to select Single/Multiple entries.

Add Section Divider Lines and Blank Fields for Cleaner Forms
I would recommend adding divider lines to allow cleaner grouping or sectioning of fields in a form. It would also be helpful to have "blank" field for better organizing when adding fields in two columns but the number of fields for a particular topic is an odd number. Having a blank filler field would allow starting the next topic on the next row rather than beside a field that isn't related. This would make the form look cleaner and be easier for end-users to follow.

Masking Sensitive Fields in a Box Form
Posting a customer feature request:
Box to mask the field while the person is filling out the Box form. (i.e. Right after the SSN field is inputted, the Form field automatically gets masked).
Also requesting to have the fields masked in viewing a form submission within Box.
Ideally when building out the form, we can have a checklist next to the field indicating "mask for sensitivity" or something like that.

Box Forms Input UI
When creating a form in Box Forms, it would be very helpful to be able to order questions in a configurable way or to at least be able to sort them. Currently, they are displayed in the order they were entered into Box (you can see this in the left nav bar, as well as pulldowns when selecting needed form fields), but if one were creating/managing a form over time, it becomes more difficult to track all of the form fields or to easily identify them.
