We use Box to share many thousands of files amongst various people. When we post a new file, or a new version of a file, there are certain people we want to tag in the comments to ensure they see the new version and the comments related to it. Most times it is a list of 5 to 10 different people that need to be tagged for any specific file. What we need is a way to copy the list of tagged people from the previous comment, and paste that into the new comment, as the same people need to be notified that were notified previously. Right now, Box.com forces us to manually re-enter each individual tag (i.e., @Joe Smith @Robert White @Jim Brown etc.) for every new version and comment. If we try to just copy and past the list of tags from the previous comment into the new comment, it doesn't work, as it just treats the tags as normal text rather than using them as real tags to send notifications to people. It's silly to have us type and re-type the same list of people multiple times for every new file version and comment we create, so we need some way to just copy and paste the set of tags from one comment to another and have it work.
