My department reviews a lot of documents and we add comments on the documents for the items that need to be revised. Once we've made our comments we share the documents with the external collaborators so they can make the necessary changes. Box Annotations are extremely helpful in making these comments directly on the document, but the problem is that most of the external collaborators have a designated admin person in their office who is in charge of their Box account and downloads the documents. When the admin person downloads the documents our annotations do not show up. It would be EXTREMELY helpful if the admin Box person could download the document and have the annotations be visible on the downloaded document. Without this capability we are making comments in other programs (Bluebeam, Adobe, etc) and then having to upload those files into Box rather than just being able to do all of it directly in Box.
