Currently, only the Admin can use the "Log in to user's account" function in the Admin Console > Content > Content Manager, in order to log in as a service account used by a custom app.
The Content Manager appears to be the only place where this functionality exists. It is very useful to be able to view a service account and its associated settings and content from a user perspective. I would like for Co-Admins to be able to do it as well, so that the privilege/burden doesn't fall to only one person in the organization.
Right now if a Co-Admin tries this, they are directed to their own user account, and not the service account.
I was directed to post this here by Box Support. Hopefully someone sees this.
