Collaborator Clean Up - In Account Settings / Collaborators, we want to add the ability to click on any collaborator and see what files and folders they have access to. When looking at the list, have a button available to remove them from specific folders as needed. This will be especially helpful when performing a CBN, Audit or Digital Clean up.9 votes
The user may be invited as a group to a folder that is of little relevance to him.
If we are invited to a folder as a group, we cannot remove the collaboration as only an individual. If we invite a group, but individuals within the group do not need to collaborate, please add a setting that allows us to de-collaborate (reject) only the relevant users.

I am trying to include external collaborators that have an email from my company, but Box counts the as internal users. How can I avoid this problem?1 vote
Currently, Box IDs are not accessible from the Managed Users Report. To obtain the Box IDs, I have to use the CLI.
Our company deprovisions Box accounts based on the Last Login date in the Managed Users Report and it would be helpful if the Managed Users Report include the Box IDs.1 vote
This is similar to UI settings , in the user settings when you click collaborations , you will get the collaboration list of all the folders.
Similar api is required.1 vote
Ability for group admin/Business admin to use Contents Manager (and folder picker for user activity report).
Currently, the group admin or admin of Business license cannot choose folder from picker on user activity report because they don't have the permission to view users' contents (or Contents Manager).3 votes
when we make changes to "fill in the blank" metadata fields, we would like to be able to see the 'before and after' what was entered within a user activity report or other type of report.1 vote
Office 365 Image profile should be used as profile picture on Box website when Azure SSO is setup. I noticed all Box accounts created via Azure SSO have a silhouette as the image. Would be great if it can pull the image from Office 365 profile.1 vote
User activity report provide events of "Approved Task" and "Rejected task"
Currently, User activity report provide just following events:
Assigned a task
Updated a task assignment
Created a task
Therefore, administrator cannot detect events of "Approved Task" and "Rejected task" These information should be provided in the report to know when the task was approved or rejected.1 vote

When a collaboration invite has been accepted, the "<User> has accepted your invite" message should include the original invite message.
This will remind me why I shared the file with the user and what the user was asked to do with this file.1 vote
If content owner's account is disabled, any collaborators lose access to said content. A different workflow needs to be put into place to allow these collaborators access to content previously shared with them.
Either automatically transfer ownership to a co-owner or when the original owner account is being suspended, add options for preserving access to other collaborators.8 votes
Prevent users to cange their own permission level in order to avoid "downgrading" the permission from Co-Owner to Viewer (for example) just for yourself.
Or not allowing a user to remove himself/herself from a folder.2 votes
would like a way to distinguish the difference between FTP and FTPS traffic.
The “details” column in the user activity report only shows the connection to “Box FTP Server”,
but it doesn’t specify which protocol or port was used.1 vote
Currently if you create more than 10,000 groups, the groups at the bottom of the list alphabetically cannot be searched for when creating a collaboration.29 votes
The Box product team is taking a look at this suggestion. We’ll reply in 1-2 months with an update.
Requesting a report for Users that will contain when they were Created Date, their Last Login Date and Status, in ONE report1 vote
If a Box folder is created in one Box org. and external collaborators are added, they’re already set to expire depending on the rules.
If you move the folder to another org., and the new org has the same domain as the added collaborators that were set to expire, they still get the expiration notice, even though they shouldn’t expire because the new org. matches the added collaborators.1 vote
